Ok everyone I was there and what happened is Scotty killed TJ in a drunken rage. In Scottys defense TJ was being rather irascible. I'd go as far as to say he was getting quite ornery. Did Scotty go to far? Maybe but a case could be made in Scotties defense. TJ was threatening insurrection, ok. He was a violent leftist extremist and Scotty feared for his life.

I just don't know how they're gonna do it now that TJ is dead and Scotty is going to be defending himself in court. It's a real shame but I think Scotty has a good case.
