¡Mis queridos patrons! You have begged. You have pleaded. And Señor Tomat has heard your cries. We promised you Patron’s Choice episodes, and now you must tell us what you wish to see!

A strange moment in history? A bizarre obsession? A deep dive into something sinister? Some spectacular stupidity for these three cabrones to investigate? Leave your suggestions in the comments, with a sentence or two explaining why your topic deserves an episode. Give a like to any other ideas that please you.

Be specific, amigos. “Do something funny” is not a suggestion. It is garbage!!!

Now bring me your finest ideas.

Comments

Nick

There really should be a designated episode on cannabis

Nocturnes and preludes

The life and philosophy of Vladimir Lenin I think it would go really well and could possibly relate to the political times of today

Svadas

Cover the (far) right of the UK. Our politics have become increasingly Americanised, and it might be fun to see what can be made of the similarities with that of the US.

PastaAlfredo

I don't know if it's too sensitive, but the episode I've always wanted is the TJ and Scotty's dad episode. He genuinely seems like a good topic for an episode in general.

EyeSic

interview kyle kellensky on his bizarre food takes.

Habeas J

Monster Trucks = Deep Fat Fried

PastaAlfredo

TJ has lived based on the words of Napoleon, specifically "don't bathe".

RickScaggs

Deep dive into something sinister. Please senor tomat ANYTHING except political stuff

Lord stank

Missing 411. Missing people anomalies in American national parks. I loved the true crime in the Christmas episode a couple years ago. And I would like to see if it mind fucks you guys.

The Dakimakura King

Paul’s asshole: an inside look! Paul gets a Colonoscopy live with the ever witty commentary from the gang.

Joe

Ulysses S. Grant 1. Grant went broke before the Civil War and struggled with alcoholism, then somehow became the Union’s top general. 2. His presidency was filled with corruption scandals, political drama, and bizarre characters.

Tech Noir

Games that exploded because of the Internet - Minecraft, Slenderman, Danganronpa etc

🌹🌐Nick🪩🥀

Mount Everest gets Deep Fat Fried. Or a Mount Everest gauntlet

EmperorGhidorah

An episode going over the career of Steven Crowder or Candace Owens.

Habeas J

I second the Papa Kirk deep dive idea

ThePoopyDoopy

Do an episode on demons. Do a break down on the most well known ones then go searching for obscure ones.

Darkness

Femcels and their double standards.

Sam Giles

The origins of Boycotting. The Irish Land League. 1913 Lockout and The 1916 Easter Rising and it's build up would scratch Paul's labour union and anti capitalism/imperialism itch and he could more than do these topics justice given the way he's covered similar movements in the US's history. So begs a humble Irish Tomatino.

Shrimpmaster0982

I always love the episodes you guys do on cults and serial killers, so to that end a pretty obvious pick I think would be "Ted Bundy= DFF".

M

Have TJ dress like the pope and do a farting preacher.

alex

Sidekicks of history, basically every conqueror needs a right hand man. Genghis Khan had Subutai, Napoleon had Berthier, Hitler had Himmler, Bush had Cheney. Not sure the details of the epsisode but maybe a list of histories best right hand men and perhaps who was the best and the worst. Would be interesting know what leader got fucked over by their trusted sidekick.

Zyron Gonzales

A "Try not to" challenge; an entire bantersode where Paul tries not to complain, TJ tries not to sexualize everything, and Scotty tries not to yell at TJ. Level: Impossible.

Zyron Gonzales

No but seriously, a Papa Kirk deep dive would be fascinating.

Myles Landis

I was also about to request for a dad episode. Every story they tell about their dad is hilarious.

southside99999

This. A gauntlet level episode on this subject alone, if their mom would be willing to share some beans as well would be incredible

PastaAlfredo

I was just about to say it would probably need a longer commitment like a gauntlet.

CesClaypool

WTF Happened to George Romero's "Of the Dead" Series?

Tucker White

A deep dive into zionism and the history of Israel. As bad as Benjamin Netanyahu is, and he absolutely deserves to stand before The Hague, he's a symptom of a bigger problem in Israeli society. And I think the world would benefit from having a history of the country type video that even us dumbfuck Americans can understand.

Tom Bloomberg

Maybe you guys can each pick a decade in human history and defend wich one was the beat jn all ways. Like Scotty picks the 70s, talk about Bowie, Paul the 90s talk about Kurt, TJ the 80s talks about Slasher films. In the end, the fans vote wich one was most compeling.

FulgrimFanboy

I'm sorry you guys have to deal with that now too

o0Lanterns0o

Dead internet theory and people who don't exist. Alien cults and UFO religions. Numbers stations and The Conet Project Recordings. Prophecy & Strange Predictions. Movie misinterpretations and fan/conspiracy theories.

Krista Vaillancourt

A music episode. Talk about the music you like, why you like it, music history, your history with it etc

Svadas

I suppose it's karmic after all the popcorn we enjoyed on this side of the pond. Pretty fucked all over the continent now

Lukas Wind

Read bad creepypastas like Jeff the Killer. Or do urban legends and or ghost videos.

Phoebe Ophie

Father Kirk is a necessary episode for sure. "TJ'S LYING, SCAMMING, FATHER SITUATION = DFF" would be a fantastic title.

Phoebe Ophie

Seconding this. Cannabis episode please!

Phoebe Ophie

My suggestion: The Life And Death of Christopher Hitchens. I might do it if y'all don't. He's such a fascinating guy - or was - on top of being an incredible orator.

PastaAlfredo

"Father Kirk" makes him sound like a priest. He sounds like the exact inverse of a priest.

NukeOhio

Star Trek Races 3, More Concepts of Dune, WTF Happened to Star Wars(The Prequel Trilogy), Wtf Happened to Paul/Wtf Happened to TJ

Wayne (ahsol) Clark

We humans would be nothing without our dogs by our sides a history on dog domestication would be really interesting . 🐕🐶

Dryden Bowley

Paul talks about Quigley Down Under for an hour

Jodee Durnes

Tech N9ne at one point he was the #1 independent artist in the world. While he isn't mainstream everyone in the rap game knows him as well as the metal industry. His feats are legendary

ImmuneToFacts

Bleeding Kansas. It's just a fascinating topic and it's still quite relevant considering the deepening divide in this country between Left & Right. Straight up a prelude to the Civil War.

spaceSuicide

Another hasbeen comedian vs another hasbeen comedian, I miss those episodes.

Scott

The Church Of Adonitology. A religion built around the worship of big butts

Maryam

Hell yea!!!!

Owen

I like the stupid commercials segment, not sure if you could fill a whole episode with it though.

RavenGrimnir

Nancy Grace gauntlet. You went over a bunch of 90s talk show and other personalities from then several times already, I feel like this would both qualify for suffering potential since she's so horrible and meet the same vibe.

Hailey S98

The life & work of Hunter S. Thompson, his cultural impact during the 20th century, and how much of it remains relevant today. A look into his work beyond the drug-fueled mayhem would be especially interesting. Fear & Loathing on the Campaign Trail seems to have a lot of political parallels with the first Trump election and its aftermath.

ChefJBrDee

I’ve always wanted you guys to do a Civil Rights Episode, or a deep dive on Malcom X and MLK ✊🏽

NukeOhio

Wheel of Misfortune 2, 3, 4, 5, etc

Iceberg

Jehovah's Witnesses

Jay

The Ai slop gauntlet. You can explore how its devolved over the years. Look at the evolution of popular ai content. And it'd be cool to hear TJ talk more in depth about his ai use.

Doom2Bloom

How about stories of people overcoming overwhelming odds. The Haitian Revolution comes to mind. Either this one or one that you guys find on the topic. I think we need to hear stories like these given what's going on in the world right now. If you guys choose my topic, give me a shout-out on the episode!

Manfredi & Johnson

Colorado coalfield war - armed union strikers exchanged gunfire with police/national guard/pinkertons and attacked company property/guards after the Ludlow Massacre Andrew Tate Gauntlet pt 2 Movies like Freedom Writers, Thunderpants, Godzilla vs Colossus, Red Dawn Weed episode all about weed with constant weed smoking The Eternal Tortures of TJ Kirk

poop

History of Unions, violent confrontations, and the decline of union power since the Reagan era

apacheviking210

The life of George A. Romero, his living Dead films, and impact on the horror/zombie genre.

Bryant Field

I would love for the boys to cover the book man after man. What will humanity look like millions of years in the future? The art for the book is wild

Alan Noble

React/commentary on My 600lb Life. There is a YouTuber who does a version of that and its really entertaining, but he's skinny so his thoughts don't matter. I'd love to hear your thoughts and insights, plus it should be low effort.

Nathan

An episode about Australia would be cool, the UK gauntlet was great, and I think doing other countries would be pretty entertaining as well.

Taylor DeGrace

I want to see you guys discuss something you are actively passionate about. I think Star Trek or a General sci-fi episode could go really hard

Nick

Phoebe has spoken. Make it happen TJ.

Richard Merritt

Hollywood taxes/accounting, you guys have referenced it a lot of times I think doing a deep dive on it, talking about the movies that are "allegedly" unprofitable and the court cases that have been brought against studios would be a fun episode. Everyone seems to like when you guys talk movies anyway.

King247

I also would like a Fear and Loathing DFF episode

King247

Thought about this when he died but I'd like a Akira Toriyama episode, a look into his work and influence over media

King247

Porbably be a bit weeb-y but still sounds fun.

Andrew Baker

Do an episode about authority. How it’s changed over the course of human history and how it still affects us.

Agarikon

Do more Star Trek DS9

Blueinkjar44

Do a deep dive into inscrutable philosophy like Wittgenstein and get stoned Paul to try and explain them

A W

Mountaineering = DFF. Why? It's pretty interesting, people die doing it every year. More accidents than your average sport, and the history behind it is substantial.

strawhat31

A video on MF Doom, Bob Dylan or The Grinech Village Anti-War songs of the 60s. Or a deep dive on Tim Curry

BadGuyRants

Career of Tim Curry. Man was up there with Lugosi, Karloff & Price in terms of being a horror icon for many a decade. Plus, he was just damn awesome.

Jake Dyer

Tim Curry= Deep Fat Fried

Todd Newton

Mandela Effect/Parallel Universes could be a good episode. Or a DFF on Madonna just to hear TJ rant about her.

Nihilist Turtle

I know you guys aren't much of gamers but I really like episodes that were about failed products or movies and video games have some of the biggest, most fascinating failures. For example, this year, Highguard, cost 200 million dollar to make and was shut down in about a month. Then there is Concord, probably the biggest failure in gaming that was in production for 8 years cost around 200-400 million to make and got shut down in 2 weeks with a full refund. Of course, there is also the infamous E.T. game.

Sam Hahn

GLEN OR GLENDA COMMENTARY. PULL THE STRING. DANCE TO THAT. It is free in full on youtube

Kula

How about a 6 hour Andrew Tate gauntlet? Each of you put on metal gauntlets and take turns punching Andrew Tate for 6 hours. I’d pay good money to see that.

Kula

This is good. I think there definitely meat on that bone.

Lord stank

Maybe even sloppy seconds

Kula

Oh yeah, Unions V the Pinkerton’s would be a pretty wild topic for a good chunk of that episode.

reddbeta

I been enjoying the Bricks and Minifigs scandal.... a run down and take of that could be interesting at this point....and maybe a fallow up when its completely wrapped up. Love to hear your take on it

Luis

Body Cam Gauntlet. There are tons of body cam videos out there that are crazy and sometimes funny. I know one of a woman who does the taser dance while in her bra and undies.

A W

Dude, yes.

alex

Missing 411 is interesting but the guys are way too stone cold skeptics and will attribute the missing people to the common explanations; tripped and bumped their heads and decomposed, eaten by bear or mountain lions, voluntary disappearance, etc.

Petteri Tuovinem

Do an episode of the weird former CEO of Abercrombie and Fitch: Mike Jeffries

Lord stank

Hopefully they would sway on some. Especially the ones with kids, I mean the father looked away from Dennis Martin for 2 seconds, was in a group with another family, was wearing bright red, never found. No evidence of anything

Officer Jarpis

I want either a part 2 to the "When did it happen?" quiz episode, or another Paul's quotable quandaries. Quiz episodes are my fav, because I'm an autistic asshole, so any variation of that formula I'm cool with.

Hatemile

"The fathers of DOOM" A deep dive into the early days of ID software discussing how they went from nerds to rock stars in just a few short years with the release of doom and doom 2. John carmack and John Romero kept butting heads constantly, during the development of quake carmack was furious that Romero spent most of his time playing death match instead of working. He went so far as to write a computer script to monitor him, and when he didn't like the results, tore down the walls of the office with a sledgehammer so he could see everyone at all times. Seems like both a good rags to riches story, and a fighting boys style story.

Cappin

Why not do another episode on a serial killer? You've done so many thus far but there are lots to cover (unfortunately). Maybe richard ramierez? Ed kemper? Ed guin?

Richard Merritt

If they bring Stevie on I'm in, I know he normally just sits in the background but anytime they talk games I want him there.

Pink Turd

DFF = John Waters

Thomasaurus Rex

Was there ever a shit episode? One thing that could be discussed is that our shit is just shit, but some animal shit is great for the environment. The 7 deadly sins were never finished. I also second the Papa Kirk episode.

Juggalo_V

Well since humanity will go extinct. Let's talk about the earth before humanity's existence. Talk about plants, animals, and other educational tidbits. Hope the earth will continue to heal without us. I hope Scotty or Paul do this type of episode. Learning or diving into an educational rabbit hole is a pretty good dopamine chase.

Juggalo_V

The AFD in Germany is basically a reboot of Nazis.

Juggalo_V

Diary of the Dead

Juggalo_V

Malcolm X for sure.

Juggalo_V

Festivals=Deep Fat Fried

Juggalo_V

Let Paul flex his Hip-hop head

Juggalo_V

Body Cam Guantlet would be badass. Or they could torture themselves by finding Blue Lives Matter content.

Kasper Nilsson

1 BTK. 2 Klaus Kinski. 3 A dive into why people like torture porn/gory movies (Saw, human centipede & cannibal holocaust). 4 The psychology of the hatred for girlfriends of famous people (Yoko Ono, Amber Herd etc)

Rob

Roller Coasters = DFF

Hugh Cameron

Trump vs mystery president two

Glaring Through Oblivion

Do a deep dive of TJ’s whole YouTube career through the lens of Scotty and Paul

emily

DFF reads shitty creepy pastas and forces Paul to listen

andygirl

A Deep Dive into how Nature doesn't give a shit about Gender Norms or Gender Roles. Alternatively, a deep dive into how different cultures have had very very different views on gender and gender roles would be interesting.

Guthrie Stafford

Stunts = DFF I know some high profile stunt disasters have been covered, especially in Scotty’s innumerable “weird deaths” episodes, but it would be awesome to see a deep dive into the history of both disastrous and successful stunts, and the lives and mindsets of the crazy bastards who perform them. While we mostly think of Evel Knievel style televised stunts from the 20th century, there are tons of crazy historic stunt trends like barrel riding, pole-sitting, walking backwards around the world, etc. you could cover. Then the finale of the episode could be one of the crew doing an insane stunt, like Scotty diving forty feet into a kiddie pool, or TJ trying to touch his toes.

Patrik

i know it's a long shot, but video games. I have heard all three of you talk about your own feelings on the games industry multiple times before. I am just curious what you guys think about it as a art form since its one i grew up with in the same way as you guys grew up with movies. I just enjoy hearing your opinions on the art form when ever the topic comes up. I remember in the fallout episode TJ remarked how he felt the ending he got in New Vegas misread his intentions and that it annoyed him. I find that stuff interesting to hear.

Max Prescott

An episode on blood squibs and other practical effects.

Harold Monroe Roberts

Lost Media Channel Awesome Coal Wars Pinkertons Creepy Pastas UFOs Oscillating Universe Theory Heat Death of the Universe Sex Work Asexuality Best Slashers Shock Sites Wild West Internet Wild West The Legacy of Kentaro Miura The History of Animation

Hatemile

Would love to see Stevie on it, met him at the big chief, good guy. Very humble and kind, he was surprised to be recognized like "wait you know who I am?"

Hatemile

Logically that means the father killed him and is lying. Most of the missing 411 cases are just families getting rid of members that are a burden, like children or elderly. National parks are the prime place to kill someone since there's overlapping legal jurisdiction, lots of hard to access terrain, and wild animals to clean up the mess and be an easy explanation. People are doing it on purpose, still, I agree it's an interesting phenomenon.

GraveSource

I wanna say they did this already. I could be wrong though.

Josh Rose

Something very gay

Lord stank

I would disagree dr house haha. The fact is, there is no evidence to support that claim either, is it possible of course. But why would a family you met yesterday agree to be accomplices in the murder if your own child? Possible, yes, but likely? No

Vincent Chiu

Do a deep dive on the last emperor of China Pu-Yi. His life is a total twist and turn of insane events as history proceeds. He is born into royalty and is crowned the last emperor at 2 years old until he is overthrown in 1912 during the first Chinese revolution after only a short stint, then gets to keep his title with no power until he is forced out in a few years later and escapes to the Japanese controlled parts of China. There he is manipulated by his ambition into being a puppet emperor for the Japanese in Manchuria where he is given rubber stamp orders from the 30s until the end of WW2. He tries to escape the invading Soviet army by ditching his wife and escaping on a tiny plane but he gets captured and spends 5 years in a soviet labor camp, then gets sent in 1950 to a Maoist era reeducation camp for treason where he spends 10 years and then for the rest of his life is a lowly gardener until his quiet death. Maybe he could be part of an episode on several rulers who had very pathetic ir short lived reigns.

Ben Howerton

Mobility Mary Marathon Oh My God!

Thomas DeRosa

We need a Sargon of Akkad megashow

Bigness

I'd personally like to see another one of those TJs crazy hypotheticals. Those are always fun.

Elizabeth Allen

TITLE: EEYORE, ARE YOU OK? INT. THE HUNDRED ACRE WOOD - DAY A cheerful, sun-drenched day. Butterflies flutter. Birds chirp a bouncy, melodic tune. In the center of the frame, EEYORE is hanging by a thick rope from the branch of an old oak tree. His hooves dangle a foot off the ground. He is completely motionless, head slumped to the side. WINNIE THE POOH strolls into the clearing, happily patting his stomach. He looks up at Eeyore, completely ignoring the rope. WINNIE THE POOH Oh, hello Eeyore. Doing some stretching? Splendid. Have you seen any honey? No? Well, bother. Pooh skips away, humming. EXT. THE HUNDRED ACRE WOOD - LATER The sun shifts in the sky. Eeyore is still hanging there. TIGGER bounces into the clearing on his tail, landing right next to Eeyore's dangling body. TIGGER Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! Top of the morning to ya, Eeyore buddy! I love what you’ve done with your hair! Very aerodynamic! Catch ya on the bounce! Tigger boings away violently into the bushes. Eeyore’s body gently sways from the momentum of Tigger's departure. EXT. THE HUNDRED ACRE WOOD - LATER STILL It is now late afternoon. The sky is turning orange. PIGLET walks by, holding a tiny dandelion. He stops, looks up at Eeyore, and smiles nervously. PIGLET Oh... d-d-downright gorgeous evening, isn't it Eeyore? I hope you don't catch a cold up there! Piglet trots off. EXT. THE HUNDRED ACRE WOOD - SUNSET The sky is a deep amber. Eeyore hangs limply from the branch. CHRISTOPHER ROBIN steps into the clearing, wearing his classic yellow polo shirt and blue shorts. He stops and gasps, running over to the base of the tree. He looks up at Eeyore's dangling body with pure, innocent concern—but his eyes drop straight to Eeyore's rear end. CHRISTOPHER ROBIN Oh, silly old donkey! Your tail has fallen off again! Christopher Robin reaches into his pocket and pulls out a hammer and a single metal tack. He steps up on a small rock, completely ignoring Eeyore’s purple, suffocating face. With a cheerful grin, Christopher Robin vigorously tacks a spare donkey tail directly into Eeyore's flank. CHRISTOPHER ROBIN There! Good as new. You really must be more careful, Eeyore. See you at tea time! Christopher Robin skips away down the path, whistling a jaunty tune. Eeyore’s body just sways gently back and forth from the impact of the hammer. EXT. THE HUNDRED ACRE WOOD - TWILIGHT The sun has completely set. The woods are cast in deep, cold shades of blue and purple. A chilly evening breeze sweeps through the trees, rustling the autumn leaves. Eeyore hangs in the exact same position, his silhouette swaying slowly and rhythmically in the wind. A lone cricket chirps in the distance. The only other sound is the slow, repeating CREAK... CREAK... CREAK... of the heavy rope straining against the old oak branch. The camera slowly pulls back, leaving Eeyore a small, dark shape against the fading twilight sky. The CREAK... CREAK... CREAK... continues. CUT TO BLACK. THE CREAKING SOUND CONTINUES OVER THE CREDITS.

Austin Shephard

Spectacular or funny world war 2 stories from the perspective of anyone but Americans

Pangloss6413

Who is DB Cooper This is very much roots DFF in the vein of the zodiac killer episode and there are a lot of good suspects to cover and a lot of fun theories to bat around

Kieran Czyzniejewski

We need a skit where Paul pretends to be a guy picking up teens, TJ pretends to be the teen, and Scotty plays Chris Hanson.

Agnostic Jin

An episode clowning on the biggest AAA games flops like Wolverine.

Butthole Gungan

I think it would be really great if you guys did a big "cults revisited" show and look at some of those cults you did episodes on 10 years ago like Jonestown and Heaven's Gate but through the lense of the current political climate/trumpism. Maybe you could make a little chart of cult leaders and dictators and note the ways they overlap when you look at these stories with fresh eyes.

André Mion

The cult of Nikola Tesla. A sincere look at his actual accomplishments contrasted with the hype and his rivalry with Edison.

StagPrince

Do an episode on Eugene Stoner. It would be similar to your episode on Thomas Midgley about a seemingly benign man who wrought a lot of damage on humanity, but with good intentions.

nonono

Isaac Newton & Area 51 = DFF

Poeacidic

I always felt that Rocky Marciano would be good for an episode.

Poeacidic

There's also the Dojo Wars with Count Dante. And undeniably interesting person and story.

Todd Newton

An episode on Blockbuster would be great including covering its rise and downfall.

Rosie Fairbrook

How about an episode on obscure recreational drugs? Diphenhydramine would be a good place to start.
