daniel schmitt

I was going to study for an organic chem exam, but then this happened.

MrG

YEAAAAAHHH! Been so hyped up for this. 30 minutes in so far. You guys delivered. Don't ever stop doing these!!!

Anonymous

Stevie did a good job editing! If you do this again, though, please invest in some lapel mics, because the audio's pretty shit.

Shawn Johnson

They have guns in Dungeons and Dragons now?

Matthew Jackson

If you guys continue this as a series, it would be cool to see you guys play other rpgs like -Cyberpunk -Vampire the masquerade -Shadowrun -Call of Cthulhu Or play a Star trek or starwars based rpg.

Oliver Edward Morgan
>>15928123

The audio is pretty trash but it worked. Definitely need some lapel mics or just a better mic for capturing the room.

Lydell

Nice. You guys need a proper place to do these. Looks cramped.

Nikolas

Man this was amazing. Paul was the perfect DM as his story telling and actions were spot on and never a bore. Scotty, Tj, Stevie, and Ashley were funny af (especially Scotty). U would love to see another one of these. Amazing content!

SYNJE_Grafx

Great watch. More of this is in the future!

VladTheInhaler

This was pretty cool, I would love to see more.

Kittytime

Once again, Paul brings the fucking house down

Anonymous

First 5 minutes, and already Paul's trying his best Monty Python impression for the busty bar wench.

Michael Hursh

Of course the girl is a tiefling. They're like a titty nerd magnet.

Anonymous

Tj's role in this, "COUGH ABILITY GO!"

Alyssa Monet Mason

Wolf I just finished! Great job by everyone (Including the person filming which was probably Taylor XD) Plus I love how much Stevie enjoyed the game lol so cool

Anonymous

Loved it, deff gotta do it again. Tj looked trashed and Scotty is a scary drinker lol.

Mitchell

I've yet to watch this (saving for game time) but the reception seems really good. I'd be up for regular content like this. There are more social deduction/table top games I'd be interested in seeing. Things like Secret Hitler would be worth looking at.

brock

paul went off

wykd

Hilarious and great. I hope to see more!

Dark Nook

is this not working for anybody else? Nothing from vimeo seems to load...

Dark Nook

ok took about 6 minutes to load... but did it eventually.

Anonymous

this was alot funnier than i thought it would be

Andrew James

This is the best content you've made

Vela Hart

Holy shit, Stevie is fatter than I had ever imagined.

Pengmaeda

Well already I know Stevie didn't actually edit it because it was actually released in one piece.

Matthew Bartlett

drink every time somebody drinks, paul says goon or does and accent, stevie pushes his glasses, tj coughs, scotty argues with tj, and ashley misses a shot

Danny McGuire

Stevie got so hyped lmao I loved this hoping for more Paul made a great DM

mega

CAYDEN CAILEAN WOULD BE PROUD

Anonymous

Made it to 3 hours 8 minutes. This sucked

Anonymous

The ending was the thing that fucked it, story was passable but the ending ruined it and tbh Paul missed way too many I interesting possible plot developments

Anonymous

But given that this was his first dm not only do I wish I could have played but I know it was better then my first try at doing

Toshiyatsu

This was glorious please do more

TeaAndBiscuits

Correction that music is from Temple of Elemental Evil

Wokegoy88

This is magic and I am drunk

Wokegoy88

The stevey cringe is intense man

Ian Dean

I can’t believe people are hating on this, this was fucking awesome. I really hope there’s more of these to come.

Anonymous

When is the next one?

Gemma Hutchison

LMAOOO stevie "i wish to protect you in this dungeon"

Mr Canister

I liked Paul's adventure. It was great. I liked it a lot. Ok bye.

Gemma Hutchison

i love how drastically paul's gnome accent changed half way through

Noble Wright

This is great and all, but will we ever see the glorious return of Dildonicus The Defiler?

Kingzilla

Make this a monthly thing please!

Anonymous

This was without a doubt some of the best stuff you've done! More of this I fucking beg you

Siq Nox

This is great content! Please do another.

Neebsz

Watching scotty and tj both move their legs together in synchronization is mesmerizing

Juan Callegari

Good Stuff. Paul 10/10 as DM. Waiting for another of this

Mr. Big Stuff

This makes me yearn for D&D again. Awesome job guys.

DFFPodcast
>>15938401

It was simplistic, for sure. I made it that way to try and get around the fact we'd all be shit faced and stoned. I figured too much complexity would just drag towards the end as we all slurred our way through it.

Ebee

Awesome

Derek Noah Long

This was amazing! You guys gotta do this again.

Ethan Swartwood

This is how dungeons and dragons is meant to be played! You guys have to do more!

Bouszer

This was great please do more!

Regan Thompson

Amazing story Paul! I have no experience with table top gaming and as a total newbie this was super enjoyable - looking forward to more!

BaconGrill

Absolutely amazing haha, Paul is a great DM.

Yellow Curdled Ropes

This was awesome and I would love to see more! Like maybe make this a monthly thing? Even if they are shorter episodes lol.

justhello

fucking legendary

justhello

great video work and editing too

Anonymous

Holy shit this was amazing!

kiefsaurus

Pretty much the #1 content release of the show so far. Congrats you guys!

Jason Madrid

We need more, Paul is an amazing DM, when scotty got up and told TJ it was an intervention for his smoking habbit for a second I thought he was dead serious.

Logan

Never played D&D before but loved this. Would love to see a sequel!

Maciej Czerwonka

Great stuff. I'm looking forward to more of these!

Luis Romero

Do any of you know how to access this through the vimeo app? It’s a pain in the ass to watch it here. It keeps stopping and it doesn’t save my place in the video when I restart

Leviathan

This was great, please do more

David Kepple

Great job guy's, made me miss playing D&D. Paul outstanding job DMing, it's the hardest part of the game, but you told a good story and most importantly you made sure everyone had fun. I'm jelly!

Robert Sandee

Paul has a hidden talent I see. That ending was absolutely magnificent, 10/10!

Jonathan King

This was so much fun to watch! Paul has a real talent for DMing too! Please keep making more of these!!!

NikoNikolaia

I need another! Seriously that was fun!

Brown

Worth the wait for miserable TJ

Jadesu

Cool can't watch it w/o the internet, vimeo totally sucks balls.

Eric MacLean

Absolutely brilliant Paul! To have the drinking so central to the story from beginning to end. Just amazing and fun to watch. Your a master story teller. I bow to your mastery!

s10w10rr1s

i need more. this was great

Ingrid

That was really fucking enjoyable to watch especially at the end when everyone was trashed

Doggiegamez

Watching this drunken fun was really fucking funny to watch. MORE MORE FOR MY FAT BELLY!

Anonymous

This works really well with Paul’s storytelling abilities!

Buck Buckley

I enjoyed this much more than I expected to. Top tier shit like this is why I'm a patron.

Marcus Smith

You should make this a monthly thing like Cinema for Cynics!

Daniel A Elliott

This was so awesome. Paul using his theatre expertise.

Anonymous

cringe but i guess i like it

Timmah

Paul is made for this stuff. The only thing that would make this better is if everyone had lapel mics.

Caspiel Rex

Just so you know, you can take a 5-foot step when engaged in melee combat and not have an attack of opportunity taken against you, but this uses your movement action. Also, ranged and ranged magic attacks can attack at anything within line of sight of one corner of your square to another corner of the opponents square.

Christian McDougall

This is a great adventure! Definitely do this more often!

Clyde Frog

This was definitely a lot of fun to watch guys! It was also enjoyable to see how long both Scotty and TJ could be nervously moving and shaking their legs together, Kirk Syndrome haha. Can't wait for another one of these, great work guys!

Craplatte

I swear I'll pull my patronage if this doesn't become a regular thing!!

Keggerous

This could really become something interesting. All you guys need is a little better sound production and maybe a little less GIRL . . . omg I'm sorry. I'm a fag so . . . forgive my sexism

HiRoAZ

Paul ist a great dm. Very much enjoyed it. I would like to see a different dm or a different game next time. How about settlers or Dominion? U guiz r g8!

Anonymous

Became a patron just to watch this. Loved it and hope you guys do more of these!

Daghlas Al-Ashqar

Why the hell is this on Vimeo? Are you worried that the maker of that couch might DMCA you?

Sam Rees

as opposed to other videos qualities which make them look ugly and fat.

Drake Winberg

You guys should totally do this more often. Maybe a once a month event?

Luggzy

I'll be honest I Paul amazing DM

Joshua Kittrell

Count me on the heap of praise you guys got for this. Finally got to watch this, and it was a lot of fun! Would love to roleplay personally with Paul as the DM.

Oliver Zinn

Make a part 2 I want to see moOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOREE!

Austin Snyder

The stupid mobile site won't let me watch anything. I used to be able to open these videos in my YouTube app.

YukiMa88 UwU

That was amazing, would love more :3

berbby

Pauls a goddamn lore master

DanFan

lolz I love this but TJ needs to stop smoking! Plz bro! XD Guard the Gnome!

Pengmaeda

I'm only just realizing this was posted on my birthday. Neat coincidence. Thanks for the completelg unintentional birthday present guy. ; )

Brian

Just finished watching. I liked it. A friend of mine enjoys things like Critical Role and it was on my list of things to check out. So, when I saw the DFF crew doing D&D- I was happy to watch. The story was a simple, one shot adventure, which was probably the best choice for new players running a casual session. There is always a risk in the "drunkcast" format. It can start out funny and relaxed, but as the inebriation level rises, the irritation level of the audience can also rise as everyone gets progressively more loud and unaware and ultimately falling into incoherence. Fans of old show can relate. However, this session avoids those pitfalls fairly well and Paul does a great job as he weaves the game mechanics into his storytelling. Also, bonus points for TJ's character name, "Blovius Thrapp". Good stuff. I hope to see more of this.

Dimanor3

WTF... YouTube buffers fine but Vimeo can't buffer worth shit, please consider using different service Edit: Fun fact (and no, unless you're one of the cast I won't tell you how to do this) it is possible to download this video. And no, I won't upload this anywhere, wouldn't want to anyway seeing as I'm paying $5 a month for this. Edit 2: I'm only downloading this because fuck buffering.

Ian Butler

I like how Paul looks out for Ashley (as it seems to me, maybe not idk) in a slick kinda way by creating helpful situations for her.

PixelCrusader

I wish there was an easier way to find these D&D videos.

Lisa Coss

Why don't they make a library or a playlist with all the videos? Instead I have to search through every post to find the one I want.

EddieTheDude

I have that same mug that Paul is using. haaaaaa

Gondotheslayer

I'm pretty sure magic missile automatically hits. For future reference

Memoria

TJ is GOOOOOOOOOOONE by the end. amazing. haha

Curtis

Bert+Persey - - - I ship it ;o

Heather Squidz

I am binge watchin this whole thing. I gotta say you guys are awesome. I think I have Ashley on my Pokemon Go, lol... She's great!! :P DDND episodes are AMAZING. This is what I needed on my day off drinking alone. No one plays DnD in my area sadly. . . Otherwise God damn I would be ON THIS SHIT.

Fernando Simões

That was great. I was afraid that I would be bored because I wasn't playing, but, turn out, I was invested just the same.

Edvard Lundgren

Love the Temple of Elemental Evil soundtrack.

Jacob

i love these

Ryan Barclay DC

I love how TJ's character is as obstinate as he is in real life. "Common TJ help us fight!" "No!!!"

Omar

stevie is awesome

Omar

imagine how boring this would have been without stevie. hes the only one who played the game.

Omar

stevie does all the work and pauls girlfriend and TJ split the loot. makes no sense.

Devin Wright

Duel wielding rogue dragonborn; Fahlz'Dek nice to meet you

RayneBow

Gahhh! So awesome!

Anonymous

Thats how you know someone is a good DM. They work with their players to make sure they all have fun. Wish I could play a game with Paul DMing.

Master Horny

Stevie has lost a lot of weight and I am not sure who Ashley is, but this seems like a nice time travel episode.

Master Horny

OMG @56:00 TJ is staring into a dark place. LOL

Pissed off mushroom

Still 1 of my favourite series, I hope it comes back soon.

Devourlord Asmodeus

This is easily the most captivated I have ever been watching people play D&D everyone had great characters and Paul is not only and amazing DM but a great performer in general.

kiefsaurus

Oh man, I wish we could watch this from the beginning. Is there eventually going to be a way for us to do so?
