While I see Paul's point, I must ask: what would be the point? Sure, it would have looked better and sent a message for Bernie to say "fuck this and fuck you, Hillary" and run as an independent. However, it would have accomplished nothing besides tanking a perfectly good politician's name. Bernie would've gone down as some radical socialist who handed Trump 2016 on a silver platter. At least the way it played out it was Hillary who dropped the ball, not Bernie who spiked it to Trump. I personally don't think he should have bent the knee, but I respect that choice. He had to choose between Hillary and Trump and decided he'd rather see President Hillary and if you watch some of his Hillary stump-speeches post Democratic Convention, he seems bitter, but he does really, really try for Hillary. At the end of the day I would've preferred he sit out the 2016 general election, but I definitely don't think he should've burnt down *any* chance of a Democratic victory by running as an independent. Effective long game action over cathartic short sighted action, Paul.

My sisters were cheerleaders. These events are usually like the pizza parties you give to little league players at the end of the season. They have a bunch of bs awards “best smile” “best laugh” they’re boring AF and I bet this was a failed attempt to add shock laughs.
