Damnit, finish DS9 Paul, That's the whole reason I became a patreon!

Did TJ not realize Onision flew an underage girl over to Washington and Repizon ALREADY and MANY OTHERS pointed this out MANY, MANY times so far?

Robert Wolf

Children should not be transitioning and identifying, if anything we need to give this time when they reach adulthood before we start going through and start treating them as a different gender and everything because your brain is still developing a child and as I've been told that you can influence people whether you meant to or not by doing so for advocating in the direction they're going. By all means adults should transition and everything sure but I believe children should not and should mature before we allow them too. Besides that we shouldn't even really have locker rooms, I'm an advocate for locker stalls that would be much less embarrassing to deal with and whatever; nobody complains then! Locker stalls are a simple, easy solution but sure enough someone would probably complain. Just my opinion however.

A perfect example of how fucked up and backwards this whole shit is would be Jazz Jennings. She transitioned as a very young child, and was on hormone therapy for many years. When she got older and decided she wanted to cut her dick off, the doctors told her the hormones shrunk her dick, and that it would be extremely difficult to do the surgery, since the raw materials just are not there. So in the end, the treatment she got to "transition" actually made it so she almost couldn't even have the surgery at all! Making the whole process pointless if that was the end goal! This shit has to stop. We need laws passed ASAP that protect these innocent children from their insane parents. Most of these boys play with a barbie and their moms freak out and say they are trans. No. Kids will explore and play with all kinds of shit. If a kid starts playing with a lighter he finds on the ground, it doesn't mean he 100% wants to burn down the building he's in. Retardation.

For those watching after live stream had ended, TJ starts talking a little after 12 minutes into the recording.

I know why the Locker Room thing exists. And some might call me a conspiracy theorist, but it makes total sense to me. Modern Day Education is designed around making you vulnerable so that you toe their line. The Locker Room is a great example of this, but it isn't the only one. Rather this is the Dorm Room Experience in College, the overworking homework experience from Jr. High onward or any of the classes having a mandatory curriculum (most of them), it's perfectly designed around making sure you sell yourself short & become molded into their image. Not to state a sad poor me type of story, but the Education system literally sickened me with fake Oppositional Defiance Disorder medication. It was all because I wasn't listening to teachers, even though I was working on my own stuff & not causing a ruckus. It was all because I didn't toe their line, and they saw that as dysfunctional rather than a different perspective. I say this because they will do whatever it takes to make sure your personal pride is destroyed & you become the best tool in the machine of 21st Century America. If anybody disagrees with me, please comment down. But given how much everybody seems to universally hates school, I doubt this thesis will be controversial.

Wingit98

I'm totally with you on the locker room stuff. I was a fatass and a gay in a super conservative Christian school (and there were a surprising number of very attractive dudes). So, I just wanted to get in an out as quickly as possible so that no one would look at me and no one would see me looking at them. For a very anti-gay school, the other guys got really gay in the locker room and weirdly enough, I was the only one who felt uncomfortable about it. I'd be getting changed and guy would grab my ass or some shit and for them it was a joke, but I would have like a mental crisis every time.

Clyde Frog

I'm just waiting for TJ to troon out like Hugo did. That would be hilarious.

Jeremy Geller

Look as a Jew I watching this Sachs baron Cohen speech with all these woke bullshit talking points, piss me off, these guys will tout their love of the Jews all day till it comes to Israel, then their tune changes and we are part of the white devils who oppressed people

Well have you considered the possibility it might be because the israeli government is oppressing people?

Wow. TJ just strawmanning SBC for half an hour. I can't believe what I'm hearing actually. You honestly don't understand what he's saying even. No surprise because freedom of speech remains a very hard concept for many Americans. Throw in a bit unreferenced (fake) news about the Paris Accords... Yeah you read an article somewhere TJ? It becomes a self fullfilling prophecy like that wont it? This was really really dissappointing. SBC is absolutely right about journalistic integrity being lost, giving fringe opinions (and you even make his point that compared to the past these opinions are more fringe!!!) a wider reach than they ever had and undermining democracy. He. is. absolutely. right! And you are constantly strawmanning him and not understanding. Facebook, Google and these other American tech companies are disgusting, hypocritical and dangerous and they are knowingly contributing to some very objectional shit (see Zuckerberg's speech). They are not heavy on the censorship AT ALL!

Anonymous

And about the locker room shit...if Americans have so many hang ups about bodily issues why not have changing and shower stalls indeed. And why do your toilet stalls have little peeping tom slits everywhere in them? Makes no sense at all...

Anonymous

It's painfull seeing TJ squirm into impossible shapes trying to make SBC claim something he isn't claiming at all. No FUCK YOU TJ! You are acting the nitwit here. I've always disagreed with you about "freedom of speech" but this bit I never ever could have imagened from you. You even called SBC a "psycho". Wow, in light of the locker room segment, hypocrite much? And btw, asking Buzz Aldrin how it was walking on the sun while in character of Ali G IS funny!

Anonymous

Sorry for another comment but I'm commenting as I listen and TJ can't seem to stop spouting nonsense even after the break. Christopher Hitchens was a smart guy, but that doesn't mean he was always right. You can't just say "smart guy" and use that as an argument. Just like CH can't just say shouting fire in a theater is free speech because some socialist jews one hundred years ago were put in prison for handing out leaflets??!! There is no argument here! Shouting fire in a theather is not free speech! There are some great real life examples of that in my country actually. Not that any American would be aware of that. Your freedom ends where the freedom of another begins and if you with your speech put other people in danger it's very clear you are violating their freedom. Freedom of speech is not the same as freedom to be (equally) heard, which is often the American interpretation. No, freedom of speech just means you can't be prosecuted for non violent words. I don't think I have ever seen TJ this intellectually dishonest. It makes me want to stop monetarily supporting this thing altogether. For the very least you should reevaluate what you are calling SBC, "psycho" and "fascist" you are way out of line! The guy is advocating for the responsibility of NOT giving fascists the biggest and most far reaching platform in human history for crying out loud!

>>29491054

I just think they need dressing rooms or stalls or something. Middle School and High School locker rooms are a fucking joke in America. I hated having to change in front of people.

so for the first one a panic was set off via some noise from what I could tell I don't understand the language so my bad I tried looking for CC but it wasn't an option so I can only examine the scene that they first play some context of the words would be nice. As far as i could tell though the panic was caused by an odd clanking sound that seemed to be from metal. So if somebody got arrested for that IDK how to feel about it because I don't know the context of what the clanking was supposed to be. I'd just be rather confused in a stampede of humans.

Kaleb Musgrave

SHiRO, I don't speak german but given the context I assume someone yelled something that stirred the crowd into a panic? If you honestly think either TJ or Hitchens took the stance that this person was in the right you obviously didn't pay attention to either of them when they were talking about free speech. If a person's speech endangers others, it shouldn't be protected, that's the stance that was shown in this video. Hitchens yells fire to show that it isn't the act of yelling fire that is bad, but when and where you do it, and for what reason.

Mavis Henry
>>29508472

the second one gives more context as to what happened it sounds like a guy screaming of which the proper response would be to figure out why the guy was screaming. Sorry even in that situation I would have been like this people screaming does nothing to me since it was drilled into me in basic military training to think logically during stressful situations. So if that's all he did then we would have to go on intent what was the intent of the scream and that is something that only the one screaming knows unless they have footage of the one screaming saying something along the lines of "hey watch this I'm about to insight a panic." Otherwise no the guy should not have been arrested for screaming that was potential misinterpreted to be panic instead of trying to start a chant.

Shiro appears to be suffering from TJ derangement syndrome. I think he should post another 30 comments about why TJ is wrong.

Mavis Henry
>>29508472

Third one only shows a picture of what one might assume is the guy that yelled but that could be a picture of any asshole next to a horse yelling out and while I might understand that causing a horse to be scared and start running around wildly. I don't understand the context of why that would cause a bunch of people to run around wildly. What kind of shit is going on in that place that a person screaming would cause an entire group of people to flee in terror. Is there something that typically happens after a person screams in that area like a boom from a bomb or a hail of gun fire. If those are the case then slap the two responsible with a hefty fine and call it a day. Since the panic did not start until after the second scream which would be attune to that of a confirmation that something bad is happening.

>>29508383

I think we all know what inciting violence means. And if there is any doubt we have a thing called courts for that. There isn't any more ambiguity here than there is with other laws.

Anonymous
>>29508472

I don't know if you are purposely trying to sound ignorant, but if it really is so difficult to understand you could easily look up the incident and read what really happened instead of coming up with these wild (and inaccurate) interpretations. But I'll save you the trouble...a guy started yelling during the National Remembrance of the Dead on the central square in Amsterdam when the whole country stops for two minutes of silence, thus instigating a panic whereby a lot of people got injured. Remember this is 2010, terrorist attacks fresh in mind and in fact there was an attack on the royal family not a year before this. The guy (who was obviously unstable) tried to make the free speech argument and also claimed he didn't know there was a remembrance going on (kinda hard to miss the thousands of people standing there in silence but whatever), luckily there was a local ordinance against disturbing the peace so he was sentenced to 8 months jail time and 8 months probation.

Anonymous
>>29517394

Yeah wrong country mate... If that's really Hitchens and TJ's argument that's kind of lame because that obviously goes without saying. Note how Hitchens isn't immediately arrested in the clip TJ plays. But I don't think that is what they are saying, Hitchens even goes on that a panic can break out even if there IS a fire which is also totally besides the point. It is indeed about intention so yelling "fire" trying to incite a panic should not be considered free speech. Ergo, there can also be other intentions behind speech that make it not necessarily free speech. We're not talking about what some guys says to another guy on a bar stool, but we are talking about an agenda being fulfilled facilitated by the biggest media platforms in the world. That's what TJ is not getting and that's what he's strawmanning SBC with (among other things).

Anonymous
>>29508472

Yeah after 10+ years of following and supporting the guy I'm suddenly suffering from some kind of derangement syndrome. Why don't you sack up and admit he's is strawmanning the shit out of SBC here and being intellectual dishonest. Maybe TJ was right when he said that he shouldn't make videos this late and when he's tired, because it is the absolute worst I have ever seen from him. Who am I talking to here btw? Seems like a rather lazy response made anonymously no less. And I can easily make another 30 comments and not come close to the amount of energy TJ just put into bad mouthing and misrepresenting SBC. So I guess TJ has a severe case of SBC derangement syndrome then (nice card out of the Trump supporters playbook btw, real original).

Matt Schilling
>>29508472

Nobody cares but you pal, and the yelling fire in a crowded theater is a bullshit reason to curtail speech. Argue against that instead of strawmanning his position

Matt Schilling
>>29517394

If you're in a crowd and your car backfires making a gunshot sound, and everybody runs away in a panic, should you be liable?

TJ, I really do hope you continue weight training bro, it has changed my life and it will change yours too for sure. If your overweight, just by weight training consistently and intelligently you will lose fat and put on a ton of muscle at the same time. I recommend checking out AthleanX on youtube, that's where I started. Really great channel with tons of good info, the guy is very respected in the fitness industry.

Thomas H.

Thank you TJ for introducing me to solipsism lol I'm going to get a book on that. Sounds super interesting!

Mavis Henry
>>29508383

Well words are inherently meaningless which is why words are neither violent nor loving. Example: I go to a place in the world where English does not exist I say the words "I'm going to rape you." yet after saying those words my body language portraits me a gentle and kind and my action is then light pat on some peoples heads. Some strong hugs with some people and a loving kiss on the cheek with others. To those people the actions I have just described are followed by the words/noises " I'm going to rape you." Do you see where in this scenario "burning me at the stake" might be a bit extreme of a reaction for the words I used. To me the context of a persons body language matters more then the words they said. Now imagine some of those people come over to an English speaking country and they say excitedly "I'm going to rape you" and before they can even do any of the actions I had shown them. They are tackled and "beaten" into submission. Is that fair for their lack of understanding of what those words mean to someone else. I'd think not and that is what you are advocating for if you take your moral to the extreme. So probably the context of the situation matters more then the words that were said, don't you think?

Kaleb Musgrave
>>29517394

Matt Shilling are you asking me what my opinion on that situation is? My comment is about my interpretation of TJ and Hitchens' points, not my own. That being said, my opinion is pretty close to the ones expressed in this video. It depends on context and intent. Just like how simply saying a racial slur isn't inherently the same as using a slur to someone's face to specifically cause a reaction, a car backfiring and causing a panic isn't inherently bad. In most cases that's just the story of people panicking in a situation where it wasn't warranted. With that said, if we find out the person in the car videoed themselves saying they were going to scare everyone into a panic by having their car backfire in a crowned place then I think they absolutely are liable. You're misconstruing the logic being used here. The train of thought isn't that causing panic should be punished, it's that causing panic DELIBERATELY should be punished. Yelling "FIRE" is perfectly acceptable to me in any scenario in which there is a fire, or there isn't one but everyone ignored you. My personal opinion is that even if you do something that could have endangered people it shouldn't be punished unless it actually does so. Shooting randomly into the woods on land that you own shouldn't land you in court, however it does (in my opinion) become a matter of public interest when one of those shots happens to hit a person who was lost in those very woods. That's not inherently something worth punishing, but it is worth a a legal debate in the form of a court case.

Mavis Henry
>>29508472

I mean I was just watching the videos and commenting them as I watched no need to jump down my throat upon reading my first comment. I don't even think you got to my second nor third just got irritated. What I was trying to do was give you context of how strange this looks to someone that knows nothing of your country or culture and now that I know the guys argument for not knowing what the fuck was going on. I'd be there confused as fuck to probably wouldn't scream like he did but hey I wouldn't know what the fuck was going on there I also don't watch the news much and would have been either still in high school or just graduated. So is there a law against stupid teenagers too? As far as disturbing the peace we have that same law here in the US except it doesn't kick in until the hours of 2200 ends 0700. IDK just a weird event that probably needed no more then a $1000 equivalent fine and a literal slap on the wrist. I'd honestly blame news media for trying to make it sound like terrorist attacks are so likely to happen they can happen to you in a moments notice 100% of the time. Seems weird but it's like they try to incite panic all the time.

I'd think that being fuscular would maybe be even less healthy than just being fat, because you'll still have clogged arteries but your heart will be under even more strain to deliver blood to all your muscle. Sounds like a bad combo to me but idk.

There was one dude who was muscular who'd shower in gym class my freshman year. He'd walk to the shower naked with only a small towel covering his dick. Like dude, get bigger towel!
