Hey T.J, take a pizza pan, or some long metal pan, put it on the lower rack. Then put the pizza on the upper rack. It makes the crust more crispy, or soft, depends, on how long u cook it,. then, all the shit that falls off, it goes to the lower pan. Ive used it to catch pepperoni's, cheese that drips down, or crust that flakes off. You may have an extra pan to wash, but you wont burn this mutha fucka down!!!!!!
