I really wanna watch this I swear but Trey Anastasio is broadcasting live rn

Richard Greenwood

LETS FUCKING GO!!! I love these episodes even though I literally have never watched a single horror movie in my life and know nothing about these characters. You guys make this so entertaining that I don’t need the context of knowing anything about them. Thanks for the delicious contento

Darius Rose

Praise Tj’s multiple stomach segments!!! For we all walk in it’s glorious shadow!!!!

Heather Squidz

A full moon has just risen tonight casting my yard in an eerie glow. Perfect timing guys

Scotty B

Oh fuck yes !! Thanks for the content gents and Taylor . 🤘🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🤘

Im_lightning

Shoulda used 2004 Van Helsing Dracula, dude's pretty strong and the best fighter out of the movie Drac's in my opinion

Denis517

Upset that Jeepers Creepers isn't on the list.

Jeffrey Searcy

Dracula could have easily won the fight, just have the summoner in the old folks home.

Bob Bobson

It doesn't make sense for winner of A to fight winner of B. winner of B is worse than every contestant in A, if that werent the case, then he would have started in A. It would make sense if winner of B could tag team with the runner-up of A to face the winner of A. Dracula + Myers vs pumpkin head.

Eric BiggZ

Fucking Dumb . Pumpkin head ? Really ? TJ better hope Paul doesn't become religious and convert him to the Amazing theist . Basically these shows have devolved into whatever Paul says usually arguing the dumbest possibility . Pumpkin heads trash, the movies are to . All he does is drag people away . You might as well of add the grim Reaper and gave the competition to him because he's death itself. Good thing I skipped to the end after I noticed the fix for the corniest was in and wouldn't you know my prediction was validated .

David
>>46823005

Regardless of if you like pumpkinhead, he is OP. That's why he won. The others didn't have a chance.

Eric BiggZ

I guess , but all the other monsters had there handicaps taken into account . If the only way to kill Pumpkinhead is by killing who summon Pumpkinhead will fine , in the movies the person who summoned Pumpkinhead is in a relatively close proximity . Kill them you kill Pumpkinhead. But you could honestly make the same argument for a few of these monsters. Some are even more immortal then even Pumpkinhead .

Goon with a tire iron

So bullshit. Dracula literally has super human strength and speed and is fighting Pumpkin head while he's at half fucking health. Dracula should have one hands down. You can't have the only way to kill Pumpkin head be killing the summoner.

Ryan Lee

God damn spider monkey.

Jared Miller

It makes me so happy that Baffa helped edit this one. I see you king

Vooran

Baffacake is a fucking king/queen

Duckling Duckins

paul is just autistic so he cant really be blamed

Dakota Duska

Shit now I need to go watch pumpkin head

Im_lightning

You know thinking about it more I think you shoulda just given Freddy his Dream world powers by default. Especially given the caliber of the other characters here like Carrie or Dracula, in the real world Freddy is more of a featherweight tbh. Not really fair

Rick

they did Jason dirty, he has alot of physical strength he can punch of someones head, he took that huge ass boiler in the vs freddy movie, he burst through walls and can smash skulls with his hands.

Anthony Jimenez

The "Woop woop, family" part has to be the funniest shit I've heard all year.

John Smith

Ever since watching this episode, all I can think about is Cenobite gimp scotty 😓

Smitty

Pumpkinhead VS Jigsaw: Who can paul suck off the longest?

Joshua Schultz

They should have done a coin flip to determine whether Pumpkinhead’s summoner would be nearby. He’s too OP otherwise. Besides that though, great episode!

Gorehoundula

At the end of the day, Dracula is a human who sold his soul to the Devil for his powers. You can get power from the Devil, but that doesn't make you stronger or more powerful than the him or his demons, which is what Pumpkinhead is. Dracula is nothing without the forces of Hell. So by my way of thinking, Dracula would have no chance against Pumpkinhead.

Mudarian Arts & Sciences

Wrong! Just so wrong. There is no contest between Swampbilly Pumpkinhead and Hell's Pope Pinhead. I just binge watched all of Hellraiser and there is no way Pumpkinhead wins, Pinhead is way out of his league. The thing with Pinhead is that once he's summoned, someone is dying, apart from solving his box. There is no breaking the chains, they come in all sizes and are not just used to grapple, there are scenes where the chains move so fast they are like projectiles and fly right through bodies, Pinhead also uses blades and can decapitate in a fraction of a second, and what happened to his strength of being able to summon any weapon. Pinhead has moods, sometime he plays other times he just instantly kills and moves to the next victim. Reality is the Pinman would slowly rip apart that ugly Pumpkin like a weak ass jackolantern meets a tornado of machetes. Best case for Pumpkinhead is maybe just maybe in his own swamp he could cause a very confused Pinhead, who forgetting he can levitate or summon chains, to be sucked into the swamp muck and thereby trapping him. Same with Dracula, Pinhead would send a chain right through his heart and a few with blades to take off his head for good measure. These chains, hooks, and blades come from 360 degrees in all axis, what possible defense against that.

I kind of wanted the Thing to be on as well. But the Thing would be way too OP against some of these monsters and way too weak against the ones who can summon fire

Anders

I don't know why Paul interrupting at 43:15 was so fucking funny but it just was.

Jonah Mead-VanCort

Where can I find the second half of the featherweight division. I am a $10 patreon. Any help would be great

Tournament of Terror: Round 1 was posted to Patreon on October 17th, so just scroll down till you see it I guess. That's the whole episode. The Plebs got the first half and we got the whole thing.

Doctorseaweed

Great episode overall. If I could suggest something, next time you do a tournament episode come up with some more concrete rules regarding the random factors. Multiple times you guys got rolls that you didn't like and decided to just redo them. The rules are the rules, even if what you roll causes the match to be less interesting you should still go through with it. Maybe remove something from a list once you've rolled it once to keep it fresh?

Nicholas Hamilton

I got a better scenario of final battle; Since it's the whole coliseum and not just the arena of it that had the 'video game barrier' how about Micheal Myers and Pumpkinhead slowly walk to each other, Pumpkinhead drops his pickaxe and Micheal nods but keeps the pitchfork in hand, Pumpkinhead grabs Micheal and throws him into one side of the arena as he jumps to the other...but not into a wall but in the plebs stands...both Micheal and Pumpkinhead rip apart millions of Plebs lives all at once showing their dominance in each others tiers pouring into the arena a massive pool of blood as if it were the elevator scene from The Shining from some of that blood comes Dracula saying "I want a rematch", although he was talking to Pumpkinhead, since Satan gave favor to the Werewolf who fought Dracula before, Satan raises the Werewolf then the Werewolf howls in only a way Satan understands which ment; "you gave me favor to another fight; let me fight them!" - Satan could not remember who it was since so many evil souls have came in such a small amount of time, but in exchange for the millions of plebs lives and souls(all plebs go to hell) Satan brought back the contestants of both tiers and before disapearing Satan says "my favor is done"(now Pessimist Productions know what the favor is) and all the blood is gone from the arena(maybe Carrie still has some on her); just as everyone of both tiers is about to do an all-out royal rumble TJ yells "STOP!" and all contestants freeze...Paul yells "You were all given your rankings, DEAL WITH IT!"...Scotty yells "You shall have your chance again NEXT YEAR!" The three gods of Pessimist Productions say almost simultaneously (TJ) "War the fuck out!"(replacing peace the fuck out saying of Amazing Athiest and peace symbol for a 'metal horns') (Paul) "Let loose the slaughter" (Scotty) "Kill them all!"

Evan Rice

These are so much fun. Sincerely, thank you guys! That being said, you slept on oxygen tanks in the nursing home. I think both of them had the intelligence needed to use them. Could have been a fun additional to the discussion.

Marc Geener

Really enjoyed this series

Thomas H.

Yes! I love these!

Van Panda

No way Pumpkinhead beats Dracula. Here’s how it really goes down. Dracula turns into mist, goes inside Pumpkinhead, and expands into his Werebat form killing Pumpkinhead. Dracula wins.

Michael Wagne

I think Dracula turns to mist, goes down pumpkin heads throat, becomes a churning mass of rats chewing its way through pumpkin head, eventually decapitating him winning the battle. That said I did really enjoy these episodes. And props to your new editor. He’s doing great.

Phat Man

Guys, I have some ideas about how you can refine this tournament of X format. 1 - Always allow trademark weapons and judge Strength, Magic, Toughness based on a scale of 0-9 where 0 is average human strength, no magic, average human healing speed. Adding numbers to this beforehand will remove a lot of the ambiguity for what different contestants can and can't do. (example Jason would have a stat score of 3 0 and 8 to represent his higher than normal strength, lack of magic, and ability to tank a lot of damage) 2 - edges and handicaps are almost perfect except they should add pluses or negatives to the strength/magic/toughness. (example Brain freeze would be -1 to magic because of it's ability to disrupt concentration) 3 - Locations should increase or lower numbers of both contestants by a substantial amount to simulate advantage or disadvantage based on the character strengths of the competitors (example dracula's castle would give him +3 to each stat but other characters being intruders would get -3 because they'd be dealing with all of dracula's minions trying to hurt them) I doubt you'll want to go this deep with it. I just got one of those kind of minds. ALSO I fucking loved these episodes and I love episodes like this. They're so much fun!

I think the system they used for this tournament has just the right amount of complexity. Any more bells and whistles would make it too complicated.

Alex

My fav episodes too!

Neebsz

So is Cinema for Cynics dead then?

PlebieMcPlebison

What about adding Alien (xenomorph) and the Predator. Could also add the Nostromo and the Jungle as locations and the Predator shoulder-mounted plasma rifle as a weapon.

Valfrid

If I took the betting odds in one of these, I’d ask Paul what his favorite character was. Great job though, guys. And a special thanks to the editor

Bulk Bogan

Tj being a there at the end of the final battle applauding as a force ghost was my favorite part..

Sven K

aauuudddiiooooo

Ryan Mark

Once you've done a few of these you should do a tournament with all the winners of past tournaments

Anonymous
>>46980553

If they do that, I hope they include the winners of the A and B tiers from this tournament. I want to see Batman vs Michael Myers.

Frank

One of the best outros in a while. So dramatic and you can tell work was put into it.

Bishop

Whys there 400+ less patrons today? Wtf happened

Thomas Washington

I was half through with Shitty Ways to Die.... Tf? Lol

Beezhto Lazawoski

First few days of the month they usually have a drop I think, due to billing reasons, and then have a spike again soon after. Probs also some people can't afford it atm with the economy.

jessie neurotica
>>47012615

i didn't even get started, got the notification and came looking for it when i had free time to find out it's gone

Kyle Hotta

I just watched the first one and Paul needs to watch a video called "Guy whipping a massive chain" it's a 13 second video of chinese guy in front of a bunch of people and it sounds pretty crazy.

106

I was screaming "OXYGEN TANKS!, BLOW THAT BITCH UP!" When they were in the nursery home. If it blew up jaws it can blow up pumpkinhead.

Maya Balsich

This really went off the rails towards the end when you guys threw out most of your own rules and structure for whatever reason. Then again, these pretty much go with whatever demented scenario Pual comes up with, none of the Kirks have the spine or willingness to argue with that bloviating blob.

Avery

These are some of the best episodes, the patrons who don’t like them are wrong

Ashen

after watching Tournament of Terror, it would be entertaining watching you guys play the card game superfight.

Preben Moland

This is the kinda shit i paid for. Awesome episode boys

Isaac

legit do love these types of episodes, funny creative, entertaining all that good stuff... but i really do feel that Paul can dominate these, not to say he forces Scotty or T.j into agreeing but he will talk untill they are on the subject of how his guy is winning, and they go from there, if Pauls pick gets to a high stage you can almost skip to the end and just find out how he won. like drac vs PH in the last round, Drac couldn't use grab a a cane/walking stick, zimmer frame, crutch snap the end and stab?... stab in the neck and twist? i feel like ive been very negative but i do extremely enjoy these episodes

brock

i resubscribed to watch this episode

daniel schmitt

The editing on these makes them 10 times funnier, love it.

David Kepple

Bullshit! Dracula opening attack in wolfman form on Pumpkinhead who slipped on a banana peel, use mist form to attack Pumpkinhead from behind again, escapes to kitchen with oxygen tanks from old folks, Pumpkinhead crashes through the door and Dracula ignites oxygen tanks! Game over, Dracula wins!

Violin Vertigo

I don't have a problem with Pumpkinhead winning but he really shouldn't have been in this tournament. Every fight he was in seemed to boil down to him regenerating and ripping the opponent apart, and there was nothing they could do about it without Pumpkinhead being severely handicapped somehow.

Tyler Gran

Winning the B Tier should have just bought him a slot in the A tier tournament. Not just straight to the top

Alexis Kalomoiris

Waiting for the next tournament! Humans vs monsters would be amazing?imagine....blade vs 007 or john wick vs it or Dredd vs the monster from it follows....etc...also more weapons ,environments and more

J Allen

Wow they really had to vamp for time there at the end Pumpkin head was obviously going to win.

cabu1990 .

Norman Bates. Xeomorph. Predator. If theirs a round 3 make it happen.
