Kyle Kulinski Got This One Wrong

I'm a big fan of Kyle Kulinski, AKA Secular Talk, but his recent video wherein he defended misinformation of free speech grounds irked me, and so here is my rebuttal. ✅Kyle's Full Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XA6nEAg2jVI ✅Our Patreon - https://www.patreon.com/DFFPodcast MY BOOK ⏩Unsigned - https://amzn.to/2VsQPh5 ⏩Signed and Personalized with "Art" - https://bit.ly/2Yfx3m7 THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! ✅Paypal - https://www.paypal.me/TJKIRKVIDS ✅Patreon - https://www.patreon.com/DFFPodcast MY PODCAST ✅Deep Fat Fried - https://bit.ly/2pYiDr3 SOCIAL MEDIA ✅Twitter - https://twitter.com/#!/amazingatheist ✅Instagram - http://instagram.com/officialamazingatheist ✅Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/YoutubeTAA

Hair and beard on point right now Teej. Oh yeah, video was dope per usual. Cheers dude

daniel schmitt

Agreed. People have an ignorant knee jerk reactionary opinion that making the world a worse place is somehow a fundemental "right." Fuck that, they can't even explain why they think that's a right.

But does he really drink his oatmilk? 🙃

4:30 in and I'm done with this video, it's up to YOU to do your own research.

I like the idea of an FCA but I doubt it would work like you describe in society as it is currently.

Jack

This assumes the govt would only suppress blatantly false information and not suppress information that counters it’s narrative. There’s nothing that would stop them from doing so.

Justin

FCA would be bought and corrupted with corporate shills in no time.

I think tj addressed that. I do have a hard time imagining his FCA as a reality and it working as promised. But he did outline how it could be done correctly.

Do you also do your research by getting upset at the first 20% of what you're hearing and then closing your mind off?

Roman Douchington

This was VERY well delivered. Well done. also lookin like a snack, love the masculinity , my man

In theory, couldn't we pass a law mandating that members of the FCA are solely funded by taxpayers and don't receive any funding from corporations while serving in that position (i.e., we could regulate the positions to make sure that they stay independent and avoid conflicts of interest)? Still, it could be difficult to enforce, but it's an idea.

So I left a comment I don’t see it anywhere so it may have gotten taken down I don’t know. But after I watched the video again I realized the point i maid was addressed so sorry about that.

PixelCrusader

Ha, as though Vaush is any kind of extremist

steven decke

Kyle became an irrelevant barnacle on the rotting lifeless corpse of the justice democrats.

Popadopolis

I'm pretty sure the Fact Checking Administration is a utopian dream, ripe for authoritarian misuse, but damn the lighting and that lil retro red mic are sexi af

Really trying hard to get attention from dff by agreeing with them huh?

Reid

FCA stands for "Fat Christian Ass"

YouTube filters a lot of comments automatically. Sometimes they're held for review and can be manually approved, and sometimes they just don't go through.

Very good video! I agree 100% with having a scientists in charge of science based things in our society. They are not red or blue just talking about factual stuff that saves lives. Kyle lost me a while back but it was not really because I was swept up in wanting to feel radical. Instead it was because Kyle was a dude that pulled me left years ago that is now trying to pull me right. I have had major issues with him all year and finally just said "ok this is like listening to AOC" and walked away. I don't hate him but I am no longer in his circle.

Anonymous

I don't trust that a group of scientist wouldn't color their decisions based on their own private politics. It seems as though humans are nearly incapable of not doing so.

Air6ornepig

Hey TJ if you're looking to leave anti-SJW content have you thought about going after PragerU? You've gone after stupid conservative and christian stuff before so it'd be on-brand for you

Chris

IMO, no government agency could deal with the volume of information they'd need to vet. You'd end up vetting Marjorie Talor Greene, and not your crazy uncle, Cletus. Then you'd have a two-tiered system

Nunya

What if you can corrupt the FCA. Ultimate power to those we were trying to keep in check. Too much corruption in current government to create a group with so much authority. Defeat bad speech with more good speech. 100% open communication with the only limit being direct threats of violence. The more we attempt to silence the dumbs the more they'll dig their heels in. This will further polarize things, further isolating them and probably making them more extreme.
