I hope they talk about Harvey's really weird comments about atheists and how he views them as like criminals with no morals lol

When I was little, I used to watch It's Showtime at the Apollo with Steve Harvey hosting. I liked Harvey, b/c he was an entertaining and funny host. But that comment he made about atheists and not meeting his fans unless there's some monetary gain for him killed it for me.

My mom and I actually saw Steve Harvey in person. We were in the audience for a taping in Atlanta, Georgia for Family Feud and they tape episodes pretty rapidly. Before taping they give the audience non-verbal cues and they train you for a few minutes. It's stuff like say "good answer" when an answer is wrong, clap when a certain soundtrack is played, etc. In between shows, Steve would take questions from the audience and he was very mellow/chill. He seemed a bit spiritual in his answers, like "I thank god for so-and-so" or "I pray for you to make your dreams a reality as well" and so on. He definitely has a tv persona in my opinion, then again we really only saw him "off-screen-mode" for a brief time in a single day.

As a side note, before going to the studio my mom and I also went to the Coca-cola museum which was pretty close too. We kind of speedran the whole place to make time for the show, but I really enjoyed the museum regardless. There was an area that had a bunch of soda fountains and you could taste the random as hell coke-owned brands/flavors around the world that their taste studies showed those regional tastes preferred and that was cool. It'd be like here's the Mexico fountain, here's the Australia fountain, etc. Some of them were gross, some were pretty similar to what you'd expect here, and so on.

Was stoked that Paul has been getting into Sumo so I thought i would drop some links for yall to jump into sumo fandom Natto Sumo - posts full match days for the 3 highest divisions and there’s a tournament going on right now! Check it out, he puts up a stat breakdown on every match and makes it very digestible. (Natto also has a great discord worth joining with a ton of folks) https://youtube.com/channel/UCErxT8KRQi3JJEwMCDrcHBg Sumo Stew - she does excellent mini docs and wrestler vignettes. Very much worth the follow. Here’s a video she did on the current Yokozuna and his crazy comeback story with some info on how the ranks work https://youtu.be/g7mqCXweXis Don Don - newer channel that has shorter highlight videos of the top 5 matches of the day along with technique breakdown. https://youtu.be/g7mqCXweXis And of course r/sumo has a ton of resources and info on the goings on in the world of sumo. There’s a great mix of fans and there are some english language sumo journalists in the sub as well. I started watching in Jan 2020 and I’ve been obsessed ever since. Cant deprive anyone else of that chance either. This is the match that hooked me in for good: https://youtu.be/OkUHsHhxNZg Oh and if you wanna join my fantasy sumo league discord for the next tournament i wouldn’t mind either 😁 dm for a link
