I think Paul is wrong when he says that Zoomers can't name new movie characters. They can. They're all anime characters. I know you don't like anime Pual, that's pretty much the only visual media outlet thats willing to do new things.

there was a rumor that the principle of my elementary school dragged a problem child by the hair. She got replaced by a teacher taught my class shortly after. Dude was one of the best teachers I ever had and I remember him being a really cool principle.

My guess is cyberpunk will be one of the most popular things to be done this next decade. A lot of stuff already is being done, trans humanism etc. Plus a lot more interactive movies and more cinematic games etc.

Yall should check out Klaus on netflix. Really cute Christmas movie that looks 3d but is actually 2d animated. The writer/director/producer was one of the lead animators at Disney before the collapse of 2d, he was lead animator on Hades and Frollo, for instance, so, a badass.

The evolution of 2d is luckily being seen in some 3d animation these days. Spiderverse was amazing, and the League show, Arcane...against all reason and fairness.... is incredible. So, all the ppl interested in really groundbreaking and beautiful 2d animation and the spirit of 2d animation are still out there, they're just at a bunch of other places besides Disney.
