I don't understand how you can keep getting progressively fatter and fatter, to the point where you can't even breathe, and instead of thinking "oh shit this has gotten way too far" you are like "this is fine, I'll get a machine to force me to breathe". What the fuck dude. What's next? Machine to make you blink because you are too obese to blink yourself? You are going to die like this Paul.

Paul is morbidly obese. Even if his obesity wasn't the cause, it is the main contributing factor. It is a confirmed medical knowledge that you can easily get rid of sleep apnea by losing weight, either completely or ease the symptoms significantly.
