They're actually calling each other by their last names but the subtitles translated it wrong. In Japan you only call people you are really close with by their first name

I really love this show! I am so glad you decided to react to it! I was wondering if you have watched and/or reacted to "Don't Say No". It has a permanent place in my top 5 bl's and if you haven't reacted to it, I really think you would enjoy it! It's one of my "comfort foods," and I never get tired of watching it!

I can't believe nobody ever told you this but the wording Kota uses at the end can also mean 'to date' which is why Naoya misunderstood and thought Kota wanted to date him
