"don't you see, everyone who's ever been mean to me. Mwahaha" how has this not been meme-ified to hell and back

I loved playing ‘spin around and laugh’ when I was a kid. Classic.

I like to do creative writing as a hobby. Sometimes when I watch a really good movie or read a really good book, I think to myself, "Man, there's no way I could ever make something that good. Why do I even try?" But then I see something like this, and I can sleep soundly knowing that at least I'm not the worst writer in the world.

That initial MAL crawl gave me chills. There are only 2 games I've responded with "Fuck this game" within 10 minutes of playing: Spyro Enter The Dragonfly and Generation of Chaos on PSP. (GoC IV if you're keeping count) And that is from a near-40 year span that includes Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde on NES, Incredible Crash Dummies on Genesis/Mega Drive, and Sonic '06

Best part of this video: it made me look up Barber of Seville Overture, and finally realizing where some music I've heard a million times before originated from xD

Jeez, this guy is like the Uwe Boll of anime! Except somehow even worse.

Mother's Basement

His worst movies actually have a lower IMDB rating than anything Boll has made

11:39 This is what Cruel Angel's Thesis sounds like to people who don't like it

A true inspiration. If this guy can have a career, anything's possible. Don't let your dreams be dreams.

This is going to sound crazy, but after watching this video multiple times, I almost feel bad making fun of this guy. I mean, Uwe Boll makes crap because of a tax loophole. The Asylum does it because if they're cheap ENOUGH, a few people buying by mistake (or for the irony) still turns a profit. Lots of legendarily bad things come from amateurs who don't know any better, or nepo babies who have nothing to lose. Happy Science is doing propaganda, other bad video game adaptations are commercials to sell gatcha games or whatever, and Studio GoHands is divine punishment for our sins. But this is the odd case of art where I genuinely don't see any ulterior motive. Yoshiteru Sato doesn't seem to be independently wealthy, his work has consistently lost money, and it's not propping up some other interest. I cannot help but see real creative ambitions here - that idea of a single fantasy world unified across many different stories and media is the stuff that inspired Brandon Sanderson (and Geoff's beloved Will Wight) to revolutionize the genre. Even the EVA ripoffs have genuinely cool concepts... I think. It's hard to be sure, because every one of these ideas is executed with an almost superhuman clumsiness. And this is where I joke about how inspiring it is for somebody to fail that hard and keep trying, but really, it would be inspiring if someone started like that and then made actual progress towards being able to realize their artistic vision. That... did not happen. And though the results are certainly funny, that's also a little sad, you know?

Around 15:30-16:00, that looks just like the South Park anime parody 😂😂😂

Referendantifa

That's a final lesson I wasn't expecting. This shit was so fucking funny at times.

Is it me or the map of the 1st game world looks a little bit like Tamriel from TES?

I didn't even realize until two months later, but this video went up on my birthday.
