November reward for Jay (Patreon)

"I just knotted you, won't you at least moan a little?!?"

Heyo there =w=, this reward here is for Jay, who wanted me to surprise him with the rewards...so I snooped and saw the boy has been tweeting about Jolt's love for ear scratches and how he could get knotted and not tell a thing. Since Jay wanted to see that so badly, I had to comply |3c, hope ya'll like it. Also drawing random doggo because variety xD.
