I love watching their reactions to the episodes because it's like 10% reaction and then half yapping / half try not to fall asleep challenge. Very excited to rewatch the rest of this with you!! Both of their characters' development and just watching them grow is truly chefs kiss

Sandra l.

you can be sure that in 90% of the gl dramas there is an evil grandma or mother haha

• i am upset at the lack of freen, but tbf, i think faye and freen in one show would genuinely end me. • the name thing is kind of odd, but unless i’m mistaken, neung is definitely a nickname (“one” for “eldest daughter”) while aneung’s name might legitimately be aneung, but don’t quote me on that. thai naming customs still trip me up. • i know, different companies, etc., but do you have any idea about the continuity or timeline in comparison to gap? i’m pretty sure it was implied they were already together by gap, but it was *also* kind of implied that sam and neung had been estranged that entire time, so i asked because it was strange to see neung actively hitting sam up for cash in this show lmao

Ok yeah the first episode was rough 😂 loved the second one tho ! Can't wait for next week ! Ps : youre 5'10?! Im 5'4 🥲

I said "She is so pretty/beautiful" at the exact time as you sooooooooo many times. Also, you explained how I felt about that scene (walking home scene) in ep1 so well. I was just like "eah, yeah, yeah, yeahhhhh,..."

So happy to see Blank here already! Not gonna lie, I kinda forgot how strong Aneung's childish persona was at the beginning (my god this woman practically speaks in aegyo), but it's understandable why she is the way she is. Both main characters here are written (and acted!) really well and I can definitely tell judging by your reaction here that you will have a lot of fun psychoanalyzing them lol With regards to questions you have, I can just say that the creators of this show can be trusted with answering them in due time (and just trusted in general, which is I think important to know going into a story like that) also, it's really reassuring to know that I'm not the only one who secretly takes pride in being the same age and same height as theeee Faye Malisorn lol

I can answer the continuity question a bit: So, at the beginning of Blank (where we are now) Sam and Mon are together with grandma's approval but not married (so the entire plot of Gap the novel has already happened), Song's death is still pretty fresh, it's been a couple years, and Sam and Neung are on good speaking terms with each other (definitely closer than in Gap but tensions are still there because grandma is looming)

Thanks! So are we just to assume the lover Neung mentioned in Gap wasn’t Aneung, or? Also wow, surprised to hear about Song. With the timeskip actor changes and everything, I was under the impression that happened sometime around Sam’s late teens, not more recently.

Bria A.

Nearsighted gang! But Aneung, baby, I fear you may be an outlier because I can’t see for shit without my glasses and they’re still nowhere near that thick. 😭 The difference in Sam casting is still going to take some getting used to, but why do Marissa and Becky look like they could be related…

Yeah, it's not Aneung! And I so agree on the timeskips and time jumps, by god they are so confusing in this universe, not made better one bit by the fact that both studios took some liberties with the source material (not complaining about that though).

It always gets me when a show will switch actors for a two-year timeskip…but then keep the same actors for the next fifteen years in the timeline 💀

Omg I forgot how childish Aneung was in the beginning. Yoko played this role so well, I would never (Ｔ▽Ｔ)

Fun that you react to gls now . I always watched bls (Two guys) since there are 1000 of them and from different countrys also Korea and all that. Gap was a huge succes. Now there finally getting some gls made. There are a lot airing right now. Its great. Sometimes watching gls, sometimes bls then kdramas (hetero) netflix shows from different countrys

This show is so amazing I can’t wait for you to finish and look back at the wild first two episodes LOL. Their characters have quite a lot of depth and the story is told very well. The two actresses have insane chemistry and acting skills as well!! Keep watching you will love it more by each episode
