I love that you got to watch IS:SUE and ME:I! Both are two of my favorite groups. IS:SUE in particular is really doing well right now imo. Their recent comeback that you saw included their pre-release Super Luna, which was my second favorite song last year behind only Blue Valentine. The title track Phase is also amazing and both songs have It's Live performances that I highly recommend. I adore their vocals, especially my bias Rino, who was my #1 pick from Produce 101 Japan The Girls. I will always be so thankful Lapone decide to make a second group from the show and I hope you get to react to them more in the future! Also with IS:SUE, their 4th member Rin just returned this week from a very long hiatus since October of 2024. It made me so happy to see her doing well and back with the group. They had a live stream a few days ago where she performed with them again and they also announce their first ever full album titled Quartet, which releases in May. As for ME:I, things are less positive. Despite releasing a new single recently called L&R, which I adore, there's been some unfortunate things going on behind the scenes. 4 members have now left the group, Ran, Cocoro, Shizuku, and Kokona. I wont get into all the details, but it just doesnt seem like Lapone is doing a good enough job behind the scenes, despite doing so well with the group musically. All four girls were amazing, but I especially feel like Ran is a massive loss. They are still a very talented group, especially vocally, and I'm sure they will continue to put out wonderful music. However, the whole thing has been extremely sad to watch as a huge fan of theirs.

this snsd concert is always so hard for me to watch, especially the divine performance. this was almost immediately after jessica’s departure so i just know emotions were high for everyone there🤧

Daughter is excellent. I would highly recommend checking out the lead singer Elena Tonra's solo project Ex:Re, and, specifically, the track "Romance," which is on my short list of 21st century melancholy but liberatory pop/dance masterpieces.
