Completely useless comment here haha. Coming from a natural early riser- I think it's a bit overrated, even if we wake up early, we still have to sleep early then so that we get the same recommended hours of sleep (like even if I wake up at 5:30-6am naturally, I will still have to then go to sleep at night at 9-9:30pm). And if you live with others, then trying to be quiet in the morning because others are still sleeping can be annoying sometimes lol.
