as someone who has eat, slept, & breathed idle’s discography, i think they re-recorded everything; *or* maybe it’s just with the updated mix it sounds different. it sounds wayyyy more crisp & fuller vs the original tracks

soojin leaving idle for extra context so you understand, is like if hyunjin left stray kids when he was on hiatus. they both went on hiatus for the same reason (both didn’t do anything wrong), except soojin had to leave her group & hyunjin didn’t. she was the stan attracter aka the one getting people to look into the group, one of the most biased members & the main dancer of the group, she was the one getting the dance breaks, she had a lot of lines in songs tbh, and once again like soyeon says, she writes the parts in songs with the members in mind, so all those parts they take soojin’s voice away just don’t sound right to people who have been listening to their title tracks for 7 years now.
