Since this show first started airing people have been saying that this show is “too good to be BL” and basically people have been very homophobic towards the actors and the show in general which is honestly crazy cuz in my opinion this show wouldn’t be the same if they didn’t have the queer yearning that the characters represent. Namping and Keng (our main characters actors) actually became an official paired couple through a reality tv show called DMD friendship where a bunch of BL actors are put together and they get to pick who they want to be paired up with and their relationship is so pure throughout that show and it’s crazy to me that people think Khemjira would be the same if they took away that element.
