Tbh JYP is pretty lenient with Stray Kids and the kids said themselves it was their decision to push themselves and do the most this year so really, Holiday is more a plea to themselves lmao Chan wrote this song too and he said it felt cathartic 💀 I'm wondering if they're riding the momentum wave before they have to enlist

Yes, Photobook can be interpreted in so many ways! It could also be about their younger selves, like 'I'm sorry I didn't tell you (my younger self) I loved you more often' and missing youth. The song was originally written for Seungmin by Chan, but Seungmin couldn't find his foothold with it so he gave it back so they could have a try at it for the group. Chan did say some of the lines do relate to how he feels about his childhood and family.

Do it is a bop, but Divine is definitely the best song on the album! I had it on repeat since it came out. "When I'm gone don't even try to find me" in Holiday HAS TO be a dig at all of those obsessed stans that stalk them and track their flight schedules. I imagine if skz took a break and disappeared for a while, it would get worse unfortunately.

I’ve been thinking about it lately and I wouldn’t be surprised if they all enlisted at the same time bc I don’t really see them wanting to have a bunch of time between Lee Know starting his service and I.N ending his - also ‘I’m sick and tired as’ instead of ‘I’m sick and tired’ says a lot imo - not to mention, I think they say we instead of I at some point which def makes it seem more personal to them, as opposed to a song meant for your average person tired of their day job
