I'm also obsessed with the haircut, we didn't see it in the manga and his hair was back to normal right after, it drove me nuts xD the haircut bit is like a fever dream at this point. If I remember correctly it was from Hirose's pov in the manga so that might be why it feels so out of context with the rest of the show

I you notice, Nakamura sent that OK to Hirose 20min after he asked the question and Hirose answered right away, I wonder if he was watching Nakamura type for 20min straight lmao

Nakamura gave Hirose a crab keychain at the festival and Hirose got him an octopus one. They're married at this point is all I'm seeing

To me the last episode feels very hopeful because Hirose did in one day everything that Nakamura was dreaming of doing with him since the start of the show, and his weird reaction after gifting the keychain to Nakamura indicates to me the feelings are not one sided
