If you are having issues with viewing the videos, please view this post. I will relay every comment I get here to my video hosting platform so that they can get things resolved as soon as possible.

Some people have stated this already but it does work on a browser! I’m a Patreon iOS user but as soon as I login on safari, the video only asks me for my Patreon email and voila! Able to watch. I’m glad at least that works.

Love your work! I want to watch the Miriko and Marin vids but i'm not ok with giving my email just to watch them. I tried that already and it showed my ip (it wasn't my actual ip cause i use a vpn) but still that is scary and it was permanently stuck onto the video when trying to play it.

Yessir, I'm on Google Chrome indeed, when I click on the play button for the video's the screen turns gray and stays that way, no error words or nothing and I don't really need a refund as long as I get to see the videos eventually :) Appreciate your work, stay healthy and have a great 2024 EDIT: I got it to work on my phone so problem solved :3

I’ve received an email from the video hosting team that says it might help ;; otherwise, it might just have to be viewable from the PC, which I don’t think would be a nice service I’m providing. Seems like the number one most common issue for people is that they’re using the app which doesn’t work with the video hosting site at the moment. Thanks for the suggestion! It’s unfortunate that it’s not working for some people. Though it seems like it’s only a small group of people, and that if we debug it for a moment that we can typically find an answer. For now, I still think the time and effort to help debug is still worth it, but not sure what will happen in the future. Thanks again for taking the time for feedback

Hi lalilalile! The Lucy video's probably from the vimeo days which I've stopped paying a subscription to so that's why it's likely privated! The video though, is downloadable through this site right now. I'm looking into transferring to a new video hosting site so I'll keep you all updated on it, but if it's successful then I'll try and upload all the existing videos without downloads onto there for viewing! Ahh okay! Let me double check on that link, I think I did attach the file onto the patreon post too (the mp4). Also, it’s probably the case (it’s been a bit so I don’t remember for sure) that the 1:15 min mp4 is actually the full version as I try to release these every month and can’t do much more unless I work on more parts later! If you’re unsatisfied with the content again then do let me refund you!

I’m attempting to reupload them soon using a new video hosting site as my Vimeo subscription just expired:) I’m waiting on some files to set up from Apple right now but should take just a few more days. And yes those videos are around a minute long! I’m unfortunately just a single animator that does the entire process including sound work every month, so the videos I produce are on the shorter end to save from burnout haha. For the orihime rangiku video, it's tier 3 early access, so there isn't a download available yet! It seems like every video posted using SproutVideo doesn't work if you're using Firefox, but seems to be perfectly fine with Chrome. Although for some reason there a few videos that don't work using either. Those are Lucy July Full, Zelda June Full, Zelda May , and Purah. This could just be my case, but I'm sure this info might help someone else out
