TF/State Changes of the year (Patreon)

2021 has quickly flown by ~ But even so we got a-lot of TF/State change pictures done :DI want to thank you all for all the support given through the year. I highly appreciate it as Patron helps me with small bills and some luxuries that my paycheck shouldn't be aimed at. I hope 2022 will look a little brighter but the content should continue :D
