World War ONE was the "inspiration for this."

“Pippin just wants to go back to a world where there’s second breakfast.” Such an amazing way to sum up Pippin’s character. You two make SUCH good observations. I’m loving watching you experience this.

I'm catching all the LOTR on the reupload. Yeah, epic describes all of it. I grew up reading the books, have watched the movies countless times, and am really enjoying watching you guys experience it. Four hours goes by so quick when you're having fun! I know I'm late to this party, but I hope you've picked up from other comments just how much care and detail went into every aspect of making the trilogy. Every little detail with the sets, costumes, weapons, armor, and filming locations... it just blows your mind The list is endless. Learning how Peter Jackson pulled all of this off is an epic tale in its own right.
