🔥🔥I’ve seen this movie so many times that Christopher Nolan got me in an inception

Chris

Someone once described Inception as "a movie made to make dumb people feel smart". I've seen it twice, don't know what that says about me.

YOOO LET'S GO I LOVE THIS MOVIE!

Harvey

There’s a hell of a lot of theories about this film however the one that most people speak about it the fact that The totem is his ring not the spinning top

Jim Schmitz

I guess we'll never know...

reijav

Let's goooooo LFG!

Alli

Hey! Senior class of 2010 gang lets go! haha

Kale

Ayyyyyyyyyyy we out here! 92 represent!

Jim Schmitz

Not only is the concept in the film over-the-top, the visual execution of it is beyond brilliant. Loved watching you get immersed.

reijav

Soooo many theories, so many arguments... The rewatchability aspect of this movie is unparalleled

reijav

Was the wife right? Did she wake up? Also, what was his original totem? Is that how he lost track of reality? Because the spinning top was hers not his... So how could he be sure he was awake? Or at what point did it stop working? After meeting with the guy that made the sedatives and trying the sedative himself, he did try to spin it on the sink and it dropped on the floor, Saito came and asked "are you ok?" He said yeah and didn't check again. Is that where he lost track? Oh man, so many layers

Harvey

Shutter island is also a little like this with its theming, it’s also got Leo in it, think you guys would really enjoy that one It is also on your top 250 poster

Dan Tydeman

damn first one in a while

Brieanne

Tom Hardy is in fact not American, he is from Hammersmith, London. But, he is very good at many different accents. One of my favorite actors! He plays an awesome character in Peaky Blinders alongside Cillian Murphy. You guys should definitely check out that show at some point.

First off much love to you both for another amazing reaction, love this movie and watched it many times but just noticed something for the first time... For those bizzar people who read comments before watching, Spoilers... At the last scene I alwayed be focused on the spinning top, if it keeps spinning then his dreaming, if it falls over then it's real and it wobbles a little at the end to leave you thinking... But tho we seen time has passed by months or more years since his memory of his kids are digging for something, maybe worms in the back garden. Why in the final scene are they still doing that and not aged a bit?

TheOctobers

dang the not aged a bit is a new indicator to me (Mrs O) maybe that it's a DREAM!

Every time Cobb spun the top in the movie, he did so in earnest wanting to know if he was in a dream or reality. But at the end of the movie, he spun the top and then walked away to be with his kids. I take it to mean that at the end of it all, he didn't care if he was in a dream or in reality, but that he was satisfied with fulfilling his obligations and finally got to be with his children.

Alli

Yep!

Jim Schmitz

A small 'easter egg' Nolan gives us: The song "La Vie En Rose" that they use to bring them back is a famous song sung by Edith Piaf, who Marion Cotillard (Mal) portrayed in an Oscar-winning performance a few years earlier.

Chase Schleich

The one thing that's always left me unsure about the ending is that Cobbs kids never aged. He says he's been gone a long time, unable to go home. Last time he was home and saw his kids, they were the exact same age they were at the end of the film when he sees them again. Anyone who has kids knows how quickly they grow up at that age. If he was gone for lets say, 2 years, the kids would look very different than when he left, but they haven't aged at all.

I'm so confused right now! In the intro where you are kind of dissing Interstellar a little bit, had me completely caught off guard. I really recommend you to rewatch your own initial reaction after you saw Interstellar. I really enjoyed it! It was so good! It really - and genuinely - came across as if it was the best movie you ever saw. Mr. October even says "Woow... It's gotta be the best movie we ever saw on this channel right?". Mrs. October even rated it 400 on a scale from 1-10, hahaha. Fast forward three weeks and it went from near perfect to just somewhat okay (+ drawn out and overrated). Hahaha.
