It was unnecessary for Robby to be in the tournament in my opinion, just to get back at Johnny, Robby should’ve just ignored Hawk when taking that point instead of egging him on. He might of fought fair, but Miguel wasn’t having it and I don’t blame him.

WHAT????? Robby had every right to fight in the tournament. It doesn't matter the reason. and i dont think it was entirely about his dad. Also, Miguel was being an asshole. He took his anger about Sam out on Robby and that wasn't fair at all. Robby didnt deserve to be treated like that

Man, the moment Johnny sees how his teachings have influenced Miguel and his other students (but it's Miguel that makes him realize this) is some real good acting from William Zabka. The fact that he can play all aspects of Johnny so well, brings new dimensions to the character that we didn't get to see in The Karate Kid. He's believable as the guy stuck in the 80s with the tough guy mentality, and he's so good as the guy with a heart of gold that's trying to do the right thing with these kids. Just, an underrated actor. I'm excited to see the rest of your reactions to the show, especially since you've already completed it 👍
