I can't remember the exact episode, but they did explain how during the last light when the Magic Realm opens, it sucks all magical beings in and only closes when one goes into the Realm. Once it's closed, everything will return to normal. So when Emma flew back into E, E was sucked in. Gigi is the most underrated character in this show, and I will stand by that opinion. Her name is absent from the credits, unlike the other main characters. Without watching the intro to the end, you wouldn't be aware that she was in the intro. The only reason why I was fine with Gigi being under Desdemona's spell was because it gave Gigi more to do. Also, I feel like it was a missed opportunity not to give Gigi powers right here. If I was writing the show when the councils, Maddie, and Diego started getting sucked in, it should have affected Gigi too. Where do Diego get his powers from? The Panther's growth alongside the rest of the cast is my favorite thing. Lily about Maddie: But I think she might turn out to be a bad witch. Lily to Maddie before hugging her: I'm so happy to see you. And Lily, Sophie and Katie hugging to Sophie attacking Desdemona for Emma like I love the panthers even when they were the mean girls (they still are the mean girls) but I love that they get along better with the rest of the cast. So the original ending scene was Emma walking up to Daniel, and him putting his arms around her. Nick released it as a deleted scene. But I think the network saw how much we like Jax and Jemma's relationship and decided to capitalize on it some more. Like look at how that scene was edited. We have Jax looking at Emma who looked back at him smiling, Daniel comes into the scene, Emma legit has to turn to look at him, Jax looks at Daniel who is still looking at Emma but Emma is now looking straight ahead in Jax direction how she was before she turns. Because of a deleted scene, we know that Emma eventually walks over to Daniel because they are back together. But I would have been fine with them ending the season with her single and hinting at the triangle being unresolved. I love Maddie, and Diego getting the final kiss of the season. Watching this finale for the first time when it was airing was like cinema 😭 I can’t wait for season 3 though it’s my favorite one
