This season's tagline was 'forget everything you thought you knew.' But yeah, Elizabeth (Mia) is actually from Miami where they filmed, so we really wasn't surprised when she showed back up. She wasn't in any of the trailers or promos for the season, so they did a good job hiding it. However, with her being from there, it wasn't shocking. But there is another character that has been in the past three seasons that isn't in this season at all. I feel like these two episodes are the most honest that all the characters have been about being friends. Like normally, some of them try to act like they don't like each other, and it's not true. You guys are friends. I love the relationship between Gigi and Diego, as brother and sister, and I wish we could see it more. I love how protected he is over Gigi and Maddie. I love the stuff with Gigi, Katie, and Sophie. When Zoey (Gigi) gets to work with the rest of the cast, I think she has good chemistry with them, but I just hate how most of the time they treat her like 'Diego's annoying sister'. 'Emma nuts about you. In this reality, her reality, wherever.' Like that is one of my favorite jemma quote ever. Daniel, and Mia! I was waiting for this moment because I don't think you liked them together last season, so I wonder if your opinion will change on the matter. The writers was trolling so hard with that butterfly like we haven't even seen that since s1. 🙄 I love that when Diego ask about a them just casting a spell to bring them there that Jax said 'him and Maddie couldn't do it' because remember anything that Emma tried to teleport ends up in the pool. And when he said 'between Andi, Diego, Emma and I we can handle anything that comes our way' because we all Maddie ain't going help much. I love the accuracy of those lines.

DONT TELL ME IS FRANCISCO OR URSULA? unless i’m dumb and we saw them before and i don’t remember lol or is it his lil sister?! now i’m wondering lmao 2. i actually like daniel with mía cause i think they fit. i was a bit annoyed with them last season lol but they seem happy in this season so i love it

they not missing in the show btw like in the show universe there still around but we just don't see them because they not on the show this season but yeah it's the sister.

Not a spoiler. She just an off screen character. Kinda like there dad from season one that we never saw again. They're both still around in the show universe but us watching them don't see them but we just have to pretend like they're still there.

And I just realize why it's seems so confusing. 😂 Like with Daniel storyline this season being that Emma erase his original life and now Melanie not around but no Jackie(Melanie) not being in this season is just ironic coincidence. Nothing to do with the show itself. Like she still there in the show universe. 😂

Also, you said something about how you thought Jax got over his fear of birds last season. This is where the season's tagline, 'Forget everything you thought you knew' comes into play. Emma and Jax face their fear of dogs and birds at rebel boot camp, Emma was at rebel boot camp because she was caught doing magic in public, she was 'caught' because Mia used her powers to make it look like Emma did magic but if S3 Mia doesn't exist in this universe that means nobody ever frames Emma; therefore she didn't go to camp, and they never faced that fear.

-considering everything that Emma does this season, Jax is a very understanding boyfriend. Right or wrong he is on her side no matter what. - I love s4 miego so much, 44:32 was so cute it looks like they broke character honestly 😭 -them not giving gigi any character development whatsoever will forever annoy me, they made her a true side character even in an alternate timeline -this may sound like a dig at emma but given how he can get daniel needs someone a little snarky, I think mia’s perfect for him . She’s very snarky herself and she’s able to bring out the soft side she has when needed. Daniel’s used to being the “nice & reasonable one” in the relationship. I think the idea of this originally ties back to him dating maddie for years in the first place, clearly he likes it just a little bit.

I’m not sure for certain but looking back with Melanie not being in this season it might’ve been because you know who comes in later in the season. But I could be wrong who knows.
