Video updated with some new bits from 16:45 and a new final mix at the end

Dear Supporters

Well this one took a little time but I hope you think it was worth it. Here's part 2 of how to create a song, where we record our piano melody as a maybe-future Chiptune hit record!

Video: https://youtu.be/XElApr_VRx0

I'll have a fully mastered version of the song for you to download later this week!

Thank you for your ongoing support and as always I welcome any feedback or suggestions on this video πŸ‘πŸ•Ή

I absolutely loved this video; being able to see the creation process of this latest chiptune was an absolute joy to watch. πŸ™‚ The finished tune, however, was absolutely amazing, and, if I may say so, equals the greatness that is the Insta:Mental album. πŸ‘πŸ•ΉοΈ Listening to the chiptune brought me back to my childhood, certainly, with all of the familiar sounds of the Commodore 64, but presented in a brand new tune that's certain to become a timeless classic. 😊 I cannot thank you enough for your tireless efforts in bringing this song to life; it has quickly become one of, if not my absolute favorite, chiptune since "One of Those Things" and "The Lost Years" (sorry; I couldn't choose between them). πŸ™‚ Take care, Christian, and Happy Holidays! 😊

That's great to hear. I'm flattered and humbled! Plenty more songs to come too. Now I have a great new platform to make them! I won't show the process each time but plan to do a finished "music video" every few months. ☺️🎧

Really amazing! I got inSIDious after seeing this video. Did anyone try connecting this with Garageband? I don't have LogicPro, I wonder if a plugin is necessary. I have an iRig keyboard and I tried creating a new track on Garageband using a software instrument, while I had inSIDious open, but I didn't see it as an option

Yes but you have to install Reaktor Player (free edition). It's a bit complex but no different to what I did with Logic. Then you select Reaktor as the instrument in Garageband, and load Insidious into Reaktor. Just having Insidious open won't do it. Glad you liked this!
