Dear Supporters

3 short years ago (okay one of them felt quite long) I published my first video on a whim, edited completely on my phone! Looking back at it, it's both a bit embarrassing, and yet somehow not as bad as I remembered. But how far we've come!

1st video: https://youtu.be/6Tzib7u1wqg

Thank you for your support, without which the channel would not be the same and probably wouldn't still be here at all. Perifracteam for the win! ๐ŸŽ‰

Here's to the next 3 years and beyond!

Commodore 64 Power Surge Protection Using Diode (My 1st video!)

๐Ÿ™ Become a Patreon: https://patreon.com/perifractic โ„น๏ธ Please like & subscribe, and consider sharing this video! Here, in my first ever video, I'll show you how to help protect your Commodore 64 from a PSU power supply surge. Or even lightning! They say the Commodore was lightning in a box after all. Please note there are some questions about how effective this is but it certainly wouldn't hurt the machine and may just protect it. Either way an interesting and easy little motherboard mod. Congratulations on the channel's third anniversary! ๐Ÿ™‚ That first video is an incredible look at this channel's humble beginnings, but it also shows how much it has grown since its premiere. Here's to many more years of Retro Recipes content, and the continued success of the channel! ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's actually a lot more similar to current videos than I was expecting. Obviously none of the flash and polish of your latest videos, but just goes to show you had the bones of a good formula right from the start!
