Hey everyone

I had a couple days off this week, and I was very productive 😊! I finished a nice chunk of renders, buuuuut... the estimates for the number of renders for Part 4/6 were off a fair bit, so I'm not quite done with it yet. Soon though!

Here is the progress:

  • Writing: 100%

  • Coding: 100%

  • Environments: 75%

  • New Characters: 7/7

  • Background Characters: 36/36

  • Renders: 69%

    • Part 1 (9:00pm): 852/852

    • Part 2 (10:00pm): 457/457

    • Part 3 (11:00pm): 632/632

    • Part 4 (12:30am): 790/900

    • Part 5 (2:00am): 0/500

    • Part 6 (3:00am): 0/600

  • Music/Sound: 0%

  • Testing/Polish: 20%

📆 Release date estimate: September 2025

You may have already heard about the situation on itch.io. Unfortunately there has been another push by payment processors to censor adult games. All NSFW games are currently delisted on itch.io, which means you currently won't find these games via search or tags, only via direct link (Link for EI: https://morriganrae.itch.io/eruption-imminent).

I don't think I have to tell you all how AWFUL it is that a payment processor can just bully platforms into removing completely legal products from their sites. It's extremely frustrating that adult games still have to fear for their existence in this day and age.

Anyways... development on Eruption Imminent will continue as before.

I also think it's complete bullshit that payment processors think they can have a say in what people choose to spend THEIR money on. Anyways, glad to hear you are making good progress, keep up the good work!

Maybe the talk between Ashe and Rachel in Ep 3. Ashe afraid to confess how she feels about Rachel, so she has to lie to not lose her again

Yea, the game definitely has a deep emotional story. My favorite part so far was the little sleepover where Ashe either watched or gave Fiona a hand. I was sad Delilah fell asleep. Lol. She could have at least gotten a show.

People who bought the game on itch still have access to it. As long as that doesn't change, the game will be updated there as usual. We'll have to wait and see how itch continues to handle this.

My favorite part was when Fiona was helping Ash's companion. Oh my god, I wish there were some games for the two of them.

As usual, the update will be available for Gold/Silver members first. Then a week later for Bronze and itch. The public (free) release is two weeks after that.
