Hey everyone

I've been doing renders all week!

Here is the current progress:

I'm currently working on a big scene with a lot of different poses (wink wink), which takes a bit of extra time when setting up the renders, but otherwise I'm making good progress. I'm slowly getting back into the groove of doing renders all week. It's all about finding a nice workflow with some background noise that keeps you entertained but doesn't distract too much (Podcasts or Let's Plays usually are a nice middle ground for me). I'm hoping to speed up some more, especially after the current scene is finished.

I also wanted to share the results of the poll from a while back. The question was: What kind of sexual scenes are you most interested in seeing in EI?

The poll results won't directly affect the scenes in the game, but it's always good to have an idea where the community stands with these things. I think most options here are ranked roughly where I expected them to be. The three things that surprised me the most: 1) The big difference in popularity between Ashe being dominant or submissive with fem characters; 2) The low popularity of feet, since I always got a lot of comments about that; 3) The high popularity of impregnation, even though I knew it'd be popular, I didn't think it would get over 50% of people to vote for it. All in all, every option got a fair amount of votes though, so I think that's nice (even last place still got 11% of people's votes).

Heya just wanted to say that normally I don't enjoy mainly VN-style games but yours is different. First visual novel I actually do enjoy just because I am so invested in the story, it really feels realistic the way you portrait characters. Also the first person I am giving money on patron (even if it's not a lot ^^" ) Keep up the great work! :D

The feet lovers are a minority but incredbily loud about it. That's why it's good to have these poills because you may end up with incredible over-indexing on something that the majority of the community doesn't "care" for. I'm not saying that they'll leave if you did add foot fetish content, but it's just that most people just treat it as "eh, it's there, anywaysssss." vs the foot fetish fanatics who would be constantly requesting if there isn't one in every patch. (no shame btw, to each their own, i'm just making a point about sample sizes of a community median vs noise bias of the minotirty vs the overall theme of the game)

As a senior software engineer, looking at poll data through a design lens is just super cool to me! I have no clue how the dev will actually approach it, but strictly as a fun thought experiment, it’s really fascinating to think about how you could translate these votes into a weighted decision tree: Core Buckets First: You could take the mutually exclusive dynamics (like Dom vs. Sub) and make them the base scene branches. Weighted Layering: High-voted elements (like Rachel/Evelyn) would naturally form the primary, high-frequency paths so the content most people want to see sits right at the root of the decision tree. Optional Nesting: Lower-voted or niche preferences (like GILF or Foot fetishes) need to live deeper down as optional sub-choices. The nesting order here is key: if you accidentally put a niche option too high up in the tree—say, making a GILF choice a main bottleneck gate—you risk accidentally blocking players from seeing a major, highly voted Rachel/Evelyn scene nested inside it just because they skipped the niche path. By keeping popular paths as the entry point and nesting niche elements as deeper OPTIONALS, players can enjoy the niche stuff if they want to, without gating broadly popular content behind it. Whether they end up doing a strict top-3 approach, a top-10 mix, or something completely different, analyzing how community data can blend into story branching is just a really fun concept to nerd out over! PS: This is strictly my own exciting thoughts on how I'd use such polling data for my own advantage in a game design perspective, and does not speak for MorriganRae or their own amazing story telling and development skills that we love.

haha fair enough. And for what it's worth, even though i personally am fine with the 9 22 positioning, i don't think you're wrong actually. But i do think that there's the context that many people who play this game also play other games, and the bimbos are just TOOOO abundant in the AVN market and over saturated so maybe people aren't as excited anymore compared to more "story-centric" vibes that fit the characters like ashe more etc. But it's interesting how that single context affects how polling data can be shaped o.O
