I can think of a few 18+ female characters from some 2000s cartoons that have basically no tickling artwork about them anywhere. I'll put them here alongside thoughts about tools and settings. From Sherlock Homes in the 22nd Century, we have: - Inspector Beth Lestrade The off-screen tickler would probably be one of the two over-arching villains of the series, Professor James Moriarty or Martin Fenwick. It depends on whether your looking for someone to be stern and intimidating (Moriarty), or if you want someone to be as creepy as possible (Fenwick). The perfect location from the series would probably be either the abandoned London underground that appears in many episodes, or maybe the hospital that she was held in during the episode "The Adventure of the Deranged Detective". As far as tools go, they are in the 22nd century, so futuristic machinery or virtual-reality-based tools (from the episode "The Mazarin Chip") are good candidates. From Stargate Infinity, we have: - Stacey Bonner - Seattle Montoya The overarching villains of the series would have been the lizard-like "Tlak'kahn", with their commander, "Da'Kyll". But perhaps the shapeshifter, Nephestis, would be the best candidate, since he can take anyone's form. This one is harder to pick a location, since they went to a different world every week. If you're feeling mean, there was one world full of giant, sentient, peaceful spiders, who Stacey Bonner was deathly afraid of, in the episode "Phobia". Those are just some things to consider.
