How about both Winter and Weiss use their semblances to use in the tickling.

Holy crap, my suggestion actually won. Whatever happens the Schnee Semblance of summoning should be used. Winter and Weiss can summon Beowolves to lick Willow's feet and in the end Willow can show both her daughters how to really use the summons by having her daughters licked all over while she sips some wine in the center of them, her larger mature MILF feet propped up like a true high class lady.
