Yesss! So happy you’re reacting again ❤️

Moka Yikuk

This season it’s so good, I’m happy to see it with you !❤️

Silme Elen

I've watched season 2 twice already... ;)

Jasmine Meng

I just finished season 2 of HS and I can't wait for your reactions!!! Also I need season 3 ASAP!!!

Brian Matthews

I binged the whole season at 6 am this morning. IT DID NOT disappoint! I love this show!

iamafanfictionfreak

Oh god, five minutes in and they're making me squirm with their cuteness (Charlie and Nick, though Brittany and 'the wife' are adorable too ❤️). Pst, Brittany? Is there a place to flail about this in the discord chat?

Emily Brown

Binged S2 yesterday and I’m loving your reaction

Chris

"Draw him like one of your french girls." :D :D :D DEAD.

Beny

I love the picture of Charlie and Nellie, that Nick posted. And I´m kinda reading into the description "I think Nellie loves him" as Nick indirectly saying that he is in love with Charlie.

Silme Elen

When can we expect the next episodes?

Emily Brown

Haha. Not sure if that was the mid season turn you were expecting 🤭

iamafanfictionfreak

There's something so real about the way Nick kisses Charlie. He certainly doesn't slouch at showing his affection. It's been a lifetime since I was in school and what I saw and experienced was never that real. Kit's got acting chops for sure. Then you have Charlie with the heart eyes and it makes you want to go back and make different choices

Totally agree. Their chemistry is off the charts both on and off the screen. I think that’s just one reason why so many people love the show

Scott Ford

I joined your Patreon last year and have watched your season One reactions at least once a month since. I love that your wife has joined you this season. Your give and take add so much to my enjoyment. Thanks

jensson

After Heartstopper, you must react to season 3 of SKAM from Norway. It's one of the most beautiful queer love story I've seen on TV.

Bookshelfaffair

I think is so funny, that every time the kids have a problem, they immediately call for mr Farouk

Raine in Chaos
>>114695241

I think this is a holdover from the comics, where they didn't have the connection with Mr. Ajayi, but in the show it makes no sense except for them seeing Mr. Farouk as a Real Adult instead of basically a buddy

I thought about something to do with Nick that made me SAD. Also hello it Oh Oh from YT haha so get ready for an essay. BUT YES NICK: He is insanely clued in for a teenage boy. Like he knew about Tao and Elle before even Charlie or Isaac fully figured them out, he knew that something was going on with Ben and Charlie in S1. He knew what was happening with Charlie in this S2. He knew when Tao needed to talk about Elle. He knew how to talk to Elle in the museum to get her out of her head about the Tao situation. He knew when Imogen needed support. He's very attentive to all the people around him. At first I thought this was just the beautiful, perfect Bi-Man trope which I live for but then I realised... it makes so much narrative sense. He spent his whole life with his father ignoring his existence, his brother being loud and crass... he never wants anyone to feel as though they don't matter, they arent seen or they are not enough. Not like he did. I think thats also a big part in the reason in why 1. He loves Charlie so much and 2. He is so frustrated when he cant come out and say it to the world. Because not only does Charlie make him feel seen, loved and wanted. But He wants to make Charlie feel that in return. He doesnt want Charlie to ever feel like he is a burden to him. He is so emotional every time he says it because he always felt like a burden to his father. He wants to show how proud he is to be with Charlie to everyone, but it's hard. He just never wants to do to anyone what his father did to him.

Emily Brown

Not to spoil anything, but based on Alice mentioning a certain character being in S3, you should get your Tori wish. Seems Alice is always giving you exactly what you want 🤭

Ron Johnson

So after your last comment on episode 7, Nick's mom and Tao's mom both appear to be single... So Sarah/Yan (Yarah? San?) ship for next season? lol

Nick Izaak

These reactions are pure gold. Nearly inhaled my ice cream laughing on the extreme emphasis to take care of ourselves in EP7.

Silme Elen

Ok, Kit is the best hugger in the universe. It shouldn't be allowed. And the way Nick looks at Charlie? OMG it's pure love...

Olivia Owens

Can I just say as a Demi/Ace girl, Isaacs story and LITERALLY HIT ME THAT BRUTALLY TOO! And when the artist described freeing yourself from all the things we're told we should strive for in our youth. I literally sobbed for a good hour about it because. OH MY GOD IF I HAD A SHOW LIKE THIS WHEN IT WAS YOUNG I MIGHT NOT HAVE HAD TO FEEL THE WAY I DID. And also the scene where Isaac sat outside on the balcony alone while everyone is cuddled up inside all in love. I CANNOT TELL YOU THAT IS EXACTLY HOW IT FEELS. Its so isolating to look at something that bringing others so close together and know you cant be a part of it but not know why. Its so alienating. Like those two scenes omg I could talk about HOW NEEDED THEY ARE FOREVER.

Jacob Bess

Have you ever watched warrior nun?

Lisa

there is gonna be a season 3! netflix renewed the show for a season 2 and 3 at the same time last year. alice has said they need at least 4 seasons to tell the full story so hoping for a s4 renewal soon.

Mike Purdue

The music in the finale was so special. The first song ‘Colour’s of You’ was written about Nick Nelson realising he is bi, apparently Taylor Swift personally offered Seven to the show and the last song was by Wasia Project which is WIll Gao’s (Tao) band.

Beny

The way I would have been stressed out if Netflix didn´t already confirm season 3 after season 1. I´m lowkey waiting for them to tell us they ordered season 4 or 5 any day now! I have justifiable trust issues with Netflix nowadays and I need reassurance that this story will be able to play out to completion.

Silme Elen

I feel i need to write something. I'm girl and i am straight. When i first watched Heartstopper i thougt "this is great show, heartwarming, sweet, cute. It's beautiful lovestory and i love it so much that i'll probably watch it few more times". Then I saw a lot of reactions on youtube. Most of the reactions was from people from the LGBTQA+ Community. And it opened my eyes... I realised that this istn't just a wholsome, cute lovestory. This is much much more. I didn't realize that this show is so important, that this show have so much impact on people. I started to look at this in a complitely diffrent way. And i started to cry. I don't know how to describe how much those reactions changed what i felt. I'm very grateful every person who decided to put those on youtube. I don't know if anyone know what i mean, but i felt i just need to write this. And sorry for mistakes. English is not my native language and i'am not very good at it.

iamafanfictionfreak

The communication between these kids, especially and specifically Charlie and Nick, is better than most adults I know. We'll done. Get it.

Tina Stellato

I’m trying to download the 8episode of s2 but when I try it says oops loading failed , & there’s no direct file for google drive? But YouTube has shorted version. What am I doing wrong?

My fault! I thought I'd uploaded 2x08 to the Drive, but apparently I hadn't. It's there now, just give it a little bit for Google to process the file. So sorry for the confusion. <3

Kay

Adored these reactions. I don't know if it's ever been said, but Stephen Fry is the voice of the Headmaster that does the deadpan tannoy announcements 😁

Shona

I joined your patreon today for Red, White and Royal Blue and have now watched 2 seasons of Heartstopper. I love your reactions. Xx

dmduer22

Late to the party but post election blues had me looking for comfort and watching Heartstopper seasons 1 and 2 with you and the wife REALLY made my day off wonderful <3 Spirits uplifted :D
