Add a "Holding It in" section of some kind. Like a mode where the Gas meter is longer and her stomach visibly gurgles and expands or ass shakes and etc. and where she can be like in an elevator, or some public place and a timer is set and you have to match blocks to keep the pressure down or something and if you fail enough she just blows up the elevator or wherever she's at.

looking awesome, this is it, the deal here is to expand in the theme of "hold it in", cause this by far the most unique aspect of this iteration tetris, also i would like to add as a sugestion, is that the more pressure is acumulated the bigger, longer and louder the fart (even more than it already is in game) just to go further into the hyper fart territory. take your time man, you are doing awesome
