Sorry for being late, real life is busy, but please ask any questions here! Only two weeks until I submit the game for good, so I need to work.

I don’t know if this has been asked before but would it be possible for our step to potentially take hold of multiple people at the same time?

Science is sexy

I watched Cyberpunk Edgerunners recently and Chen came to mind. Does Cyberpsychosis, or something similar exist in your series? (Ignoring the Catastrofiend, since they're a mix of boosts and mods) Does installing too many mods affect one's psyche? Or can you swap out everything, but your nervous system and still be sane?

With Ortega's bday coming up, any chances we'll be able to tell them Sidestep's actual age if the regene reveal's happened? I know they're in their 30s in every way that counts but I still think it'd be hilarious to see Ortega's reaction How common are nokill villains? Given that for work purposes it's in Dr. Mortum's best interest to give off an air of neutrality, do they have to keep their relationship with new villain's henchman on the down-low? Since in the past Ortega didn't stop seeing other people even if they had a thing with Step, have they ever cheated on any of their dates with them? Or did they at least alternate between one and the other? lol And regardless have any of Ortega's exes ever been jealous of Sidestep?

murderhobo

If Argent attacks Step in the elevator scene, Ortega's reaction is something like "disappointed, but not surprised". Has Argent attacked allies/civillians out of the blue like this before? Has she attacked any of the Rangers?

Hank Schrader

Spoilers In the next book are we be able to change step's appearance again? Especially cuz in some routes step is hiding from the rangers

Glen

You know how young kids tend to idolise certain people? How would the current rangers react to/interact with an adoring young fan?

Hank Schrader

What would Daniel's brother actually think about his brother actually getting to date step lol

Artemis Grace

As a vigilante has sidestep ever been hit by Ortega's charge?

Bunny

In the last Ortega POV thing, Ortega didn't tell Steel any of the explanations Sidestep could tell them at the diner. Is this a writing choice because there were three different stories we could tell Ortega? Did it have an in universe reason? If Sidestep had developed the ability to posses people before the Heartbreak incident how would the rangers of their day reacted? Would any of them approve of using that power?

murderhobo

If we don't release the Catastrofiend in Retri, will we still have the chance to meet it again in future books? SPOILER: in the endings where the MC crashes but jumps into the puppet, is the Regene cat out of the bag to the Rangers? Since the SD in now on Step's trail, I wondered how many other people are in the known.

Ludvig Lindström

How expensive are the "hero drugs" to produce? And how widespread is the black market? Would a desperate person need to spend their life savings just to get hold of a single dose? Or is it more in line with the prices of illegal narcotics sold on the street or somewhere in between?

CK

Because it's coming up to Halloween I'm wondering if Sidestep as a telepath ever picked up strange vibes from places like graveyards etc or get impressions from things a little more paranormal like ghosts or would that be a different ability altogether? Spoiler: Did Ortega when they first mistakenly started thinking Step was HG lost sibling did they try to steer Step in a direction away from HG and crime or did they ever consider Sidestep as some kind of leverage against HG? Being a regene was there ever anything Sidestep did (behaviour/said) that made Oretga, Anathema, Steel etc think that was odd or strange?

Grey

if we choose Ortega as our rival in Rebirth, Step mentions a deal that Ortega broke when they were captured post-HB. is this just an example of how Step views their past relationship or did the two actually have a spoken agreement to be there for each other before?

Artemis Grace

Spoilers: will we get to know Ortega's immediate reaction to MC getting broken out of HQ by Mortum? Would he already make the connection to Mortum like with the puppet, or would there be a worry that the SD showed up like MC said they would?

Bunny

Where did Sidestep get the fake Nanovore void box from?

Juan

How tough is Harold? Like on the one hand regular old Sidestep can hurt him. On the other I believe I remember him taking the force of a bus before? Like what would happen if Super strength suit Sidestep took Harold's head and squeezed as hard as they could.

Juan

How durable is Ortega compared to a normal person?

Juan

For the Rangers and Mortum. What are some of there I'm a genius...Oh no moments?

murderhobo

Building up on a question above: how strong is Ortega? Where would they fall on a scale between a normal person and the villain's strength-upgrade armor?

Bunny

What are food markets like in LD and the FEZ? Are there supermarkets around? Is growing food common? Where does the cast usually get their food from and what do they buy?

Hank Schrader

Does Ortega actually believe that step has a life outside of him or do they think step is lying?

Science is sexy

Could Argent sense Sidesteps computerchip if she focused, even if it's off?

A Mediocre Transbian Polycule

Hey! Only recently found all this, but damn I've fallen hard into this world. Anyway, I saw that in the Feb or March 2021 QnA, poly routes were mentioned involving Mortum/Argent and Mortum/Ortega, but also that you were focusing mainly on triads. Is there any possibility of being with all three, considering they all have interest in each other and Step? Also bouncing off a previous QnA: you've mentioned that a revealed step could potentially bring ROs to their base if living in it... what about if not living in it? I've got that constant desire to stop hiding... and my villain has been doing far more good than evil.
