My back and waist pain have improved quite a bit. I'm not at my best, but it's much better compared to last week.

I tried drawing my original character after a long time. I'm aiming to finish it as quickly as possible, but the time it takes to complete it keeps getting longer, and my posting pace has slowed down. I need to think about it a bit.
