Livestream online naked yoga session tonight :) have you booked your spot? (Patreon)

Hey Beloveds!

Happy Saturday!

Yay! So I'm so excited for our first livestreamed online naked yoga class this evening :D

Remember to bring your mat if you have one, a towel, and even a cup of tea :)

We'll spend the first part getting setup and becoming familiar with some yogic concepts and terms, going over what you can expect from the session.

We'll then flow into a nice gentle Vinyasa flow, stretching it out, getting our bodies warmed up and then spending a little bit of time on our sun salutations :)

You do need to book to access the class, whether you'll be joining me live or watching the replay :)

You can book your spot via https://www.crowdcast.io/e/faxi4cei

I am honestly so looking forward to this. The beautiful space, ambient music, candles...it's all happening!

This little video I've posted is a snippet of me recently doing a nice little morning nude yoga flow on the balcony at my friend's clothing-optional stay in Mullumbimby :)

To watch the video, type in password NUDE when prompted :)

Have a beautiful day and I'll be joining some of you later on the mat.

Namaste,

Jessa
