YES! A NEW TIER! Solely dedicated to Naked Yoga! 

When you subscribe to this NEW tier, you will have access to: 

• 2 x 1 hour online naked yoga classes per month...led by Yours Truly 🧘‍♀️

I will upload a class fortnightly, so you'll have access to two classes per month. Classes are beginner-friendly, whilst also catering to yogis who have a little more experience too. With my online classes, you have the option to practice in the privacy of your own home too, an added bonus! Classes will address various aspects of physicality...some weeks, class will focus on strength, other weeks flexibility. Some weeks we'll focus on hips, others back...and so on. There will be a variety of classes on offer, and I will also be getting my students involved via polls as to what kind of classes they want to experience 🥰

• 2 x 'Pose of the Week' tutorials per month...'Pose of the Week' will include an instructional video + photos.

On our alternating weeks off from yoga, we'll be focusing on a pose that will help to improve our form and technique, essentially helping to improve your practice and can be practically applied when partaking in the classes. 

• You will also have access to the 2 BONUS introductory videos 

These introductory videos are foundational for your practice, something I encourage you to go back over and watch before we commence classes, and something that is always good to reference.
