Hello my Nude Yogis!

Our first POSE OF THE WEEK...and were starting off super basic with Tadasana - also known as 'Mountain Pose'.

The reason I have gone with this, despite it seeming super simple, is because it is the blueprint of all standing poses...it facilitates good alignment...which is a main focus of the physical practice of yoga.

In our 'pose of the week' segment, you have access to a short tutorial video of the 'pose of the week' we're focusing on, plus photos and info graphic photos. Plenty of material to help you to master these poses.

You will find the video and photos in Dropbox, via the link below.

I have also added the tutorial video to my 'Online Naked Yoga' showcase in Vimeo, via the below link. This month's password to access this Vimeo showcase, where all of our classes and tutorials will be uploaded to is nudeyogi20

*this password and Dropbox link will expire at the end of this month (April 2020) and a new password is created at the beginning of each month to ensure that only Patrons with an active membership have access to this exclusive content.

**if this password and link does not seem to be working, please ensure that you have the current month’s (the month in which you are reading this in real-time) updated password to this folder before freaking out and thinking that you don’t have access. If you’re able to see this post, you have access to the current password also; it just means you need to read my most recent posts for the updated password.

Looking forward to guiding you through our first class tomorrow evening.
