Home nudie challenge 🙌🏽 (Patreon)

Ok, given many of us are spending a lot more time at home, some of us are trying to figure out how to squeeze in some nudie time...

And the home is the perfect place for it! 🥳

So, for the next week, I'm setting one of my favourite challenges...

BRUSH YOUR TEETH WITH YOUR LESS DOMINANT HAND! 🦷 NUDE of course 🥰

So, if you're right-handed, like me, I challenge you to brush your teeth with your left hand...and vice versa if you're left-handed. 

Just like physical exercise is important for the body, same goes for the brain...we need to exercise it in order for it to function optimally.
