NEW! Online Naked Yoga - Class 06 - Gentle Flow 🧘‍♀️ now LIVE (Patreon)

Blessings Nude Yogis 🙏🏽

GENTLE FLOW ✨

NEW class us now available to practice along to! In your own time, at your own convenience, at your own pace, over and over again! 🥰

This week I guide you through a gentle flow.

A flow designed to invite you to connect deeper with your body through slow and gentle stretches. A magical opportunity to find contentment in the stillness we have the opportunity to surrender into in this class.

Take the time to slow down.
