Happy International Day of Yoga 🙏🏽 (Patreon)

Today is INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA 🧘‍♀️🧘🏽

So I thought I would share some cool photos I took a while back ☺️

I started practicing yoga back in 2009 and became a certified yoga teacher in 2016.

Since getting my accreditation, I have taught naked yoga classes all over Australia and now here! ONLINE with this beautiful community of nude yogis 🙏🏽

I can't wait to bring my classes overseas too 🙌🏽

It has been such an empowering and humbling journey and I am so grateful to all of my teachers and students 🙏🏽

When did you start the practice of yoga?

For those of you who are not signed up to the Nude Yogis tier but would like to try a class out for yourself, you can register for this one-off livestream class I taught earlier this year via the link below (it is a paid class - $11)

Thank you to all of you Nude Yogis here, it is such an honour to share and guide you through the practice of naked yoga with you all 🙏🏽

Namaste,

Jessa
