Do your admin in the nude 💻⌨️🖥📱📨

Need to sit down at a desk to get through some emails? Maybe you work remote or from home? Maybe you just need to sit down and pay some bills...perhaps you need to organise your week? 

Well, whatever admin you need to get done, I'm going to encourage you to proactively do it in the nude this week! Even if just a portion of it ☺️

Here, we're looking to begin to do everyday tasks in the nude 🙌🏽

A lot of the time, we forget that we are even clothed...because it becomes our norm...

BUT (and the exciting news is!)!!! This can go the other way with nudity too!!! Yes, it can become our norm and start to feel a lot more natural doing the things we'd normally do clothed in the nude. Which is why doing little things like this can help to normalise our own nudity 💕

So, let's make admin exciting by spicing it up a little with some added nudity 😝
