LIVESTREAM Online Naked Yoga Christmas Class SPECIAL 🎄🤶🎁 (Patreon)

Blessings Nude Yogis 🙏🏽

This week, I will be live-streaming our class...and it's going to be a festive special! ✨

I am going to be guiding you through a nurturing practice to help ground you during the silly season.

To really get into the festive spirit, we will then sit around after class, where I encourage you to make yourself a nice warm or cold drink ☕️

If you cannot make it live, you can access the replay after the class ☺️🙌🏽 (so there's no FOMO 🙊)

I will be opening some bon bons and nibbling on some refreshments as I catch up with up with you beautiful people afterwards...all whilst enjoying some fun Christmas carols of course!!! 🎄🤶💝

What to bring:

• yoga mat
• towel
• bolster/cushion
• blanket (optional)
• a beverage of choice
• perhaps pre-make a small plate of refreshments to enjoy after class
• a kind mind and an open heart

Looking forward to sharing in some of the festive fun with you 🥰

Namaste,

Jessa
