Blessings Nude Yogis 🙏🏽

This week's POSE OF THE WEEK is 'Janu Sirsasana' 🧘🏾‍♀️ also know as 'Head to knee sitting forward bend pose' ☺️

Janu Sirsasana stretches the hamstrings and gently tones and massages the abdominal organs and kidneys.

Starting with our foundational sitting pose of 'Dandasana' and then moving into this beautiful hamstring stretch.

You will find all the material, including the tutorial video and instructional photos, in our Dropbox folder via the link below

I have also added the tutorial video to my 'Online Naked Yoga' showcase folder over on Vimeo, via the link below

This month's password to access this Vimeo showcase, where all of our classes and tutorials are uploaded, is nudeyogi729

*this password and Dropbox link will expire at the end of this month (December 2020) and a new password and link is created at the beginning of each month to ensure that only Patrons with an active membership have access to this exclusive content.

**if this password and link does not seem to be working, please ensure that you have the current month’s (the month in which you are reading this in real-time) updated password to this folder before freaking out and thinking that you don’t have access. If you’re able to see this post, you have access to the current password also; it just means you need to read my most recent posts for the updated password.

Please take note of the modifications and variations I have provided in this pose, especially for those of you with tight hamstrings and hips ☺️

Enjoy beautiful yogis!

Namaste,

Jessa
