Blessings Nude Yogis 🙏🏽

Let's gather as 2020 comes to an end and flow with vigour ✨

I will be guiding you through a sequence intended to have you feeling more energised and brimming with vitality ✨

Join me for tomorrow’s class via the link below

We will also do a meditation intended to release that which no longer serves us, so that we can flow into 2021 embodying our Highest Self 💕✨💕

A one hour class followed by a 20 minute gathering as we sit, have a drink and eat food together 💕

What to bring:

• yoga mat
• towel
• yoga block and bolster/cushion
• blanket for meditation (optional)
• pre-prepared drink + nibbles
• party poppers/sparklers (optional)

If you cannot make it to the livestream, you will be able to catch the replay afterward ☺️

Looking forward to closing the year out with you 🥰

Namaste,

Jessa
