I put up a poll, you voted and I listened!

This weekend I will be LIVESTREAMING this week's Online Naked Yoga class -

Yin Yoga with props

I would love for you to join me naked on the mat this Sunday morning, June 27, at 9am AEST.

You can join me via the link below

https://www.crowdcast.io/e/livestream-online-naked-3

I am live-streaming a little later than usual this week due to having my period this week 🥰

We will explore different shapes and learn about the principles of Yin.

We will learn to cultivate patience and surrender to the process of creating more space to explore within.

WHAT TO BRING:

• yoga mat
• block (or big book if you don't have a block)
• bolster (or big, firm cushion if you don't have a bolster)
• strap (or tie if you don't have one)

Looking forward to sharing in the softness with you this weekend ✨

Namaste,

Jessa
