This month, in honour of my birthday….we will DANCE!

Most of us know by now that I LOVE dancing...and given it’s my birthday this month…I thought I would make it a fun and celebratory challenge! So I am encouraging you to spend a few minutes each day dancing in the nude! You do not need to be 'coordinated' or a 'good dancer' to take part in this challenge either...just have the intention to have fun with it, to let go and loosen up! Embody your child-like spirit...your playfulness. Let yourself be silly!
